アメリカで白人警官による黒人射殺が止まらない。

Alton Sterling, a 37-year old man who sold CDs, was shot and killed by a Baton Rouge police officer Tuesday morning outside a convenience store on North Foster Drive after “some type of altercation” with two officers, officials said.
Baton Rouge police did not provide much information about what escalated the incident between the officers and Sterling or what prompted an officer to fire his weapon. A witness, however, described police as “aggressive” and said Sterling was armed but was not holding his gun or touching his pockets during the incident. Police later retrieved a gun from the man’s pocket, said the witness, shop owner Abdullah Muflahi.
Around 12:35 a.m., Baton Rouge police responded to the Triple S Food Mart at 2112 N. Foster Drive after an anonymous caller indicated that a man in a red shirt who was selling CDs outside the store pointed a gun at someone, telling them to leave the property, Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman Cpl. L’Jean McKneely said.
East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner William “Beau” Clark said the initial results of an autopsy performed Tuesday show Sterling died due to a homicide and suffered multiple — meaning more than two — gunshot wounds to the chest and back.
A 48-second cellphone video captured by a bystander — which circulated at a protest about the shooting later in the day — shows an officer firing at least one round into a man’s chest outside what appears to be the Triple S store, followed by the sound of at least four more shots as the camera veers away.
“Get on the ground! Get on the ground!” an officer is heard yelling in the beginning of the clip.
Two officers are seen wrangling a heavy-set man in a red shirt against a silver sedan before pulling him to the ground on his back.
One officer is seen pulling the man’s left arm down while he pressed down on the man’s chest. The man’s right arm is not visible in the video.
“He’s got a gun! Gun,” an officer says, prompting the lawman closest to the camera to draw an object from his holster.
“You f*****g move, I swear to God,” says an officer, before the second officer, farther from the viewer, is seen pointing a weapon down at the man’s chest.
There’s a flash from that officer’s weapon, accompanied by the sound of shots.
“They shot him?” a man’s harried voice, close to the microphone, says in the video. “Yes!” a weeping woman replies.

バトンルージュでは、１９９２年１０月１７日、日本人留学生服部剛丈さんがハロウィーンパーティで訪問先を間違え、玄関先で射殺された事件が起きている。

ルイジアナ州は銃を隠さずに携帯すること（オープンキャリー）が認められている州だ。
バトンルージュ警察は５日夜、この２人の警官を休職させた。後にこの２人の警官の名前はブレーン・サラモーニとホウイー・レイク２世だと明らかにした。
ルイジアナ州議員のデニス・マルセル氏はＷＡＦＢ－ＴＶに、「この２人の警官が身に付けていたボディカメラはスターリング氏と言い争っている間に落ちてしまったが、車のダッシュボードのカメラが撮影した動画と、少なくとも１つの監視カメラの動画が残っている」と述べた。
警察当局は、警官のボディカメラが撮影した動画も残っているが、調査の参考になるかは分からないと話している。
再び警察による不当な暴力が起きたことに対して、５日の夜のバトンルージュの通りでは多くの人が集まって抗議活動を行った。

FALCON HEIGHTS, MN – As the world is still coming to grips over the Alton Sterling shooting that showcased the Louisiana man killed as he was pinned down by two police officers, the sympathy is being stretched mighty thin now that the name Philando Castile has begun to permeate social media.
The 32-year-old Minnesota man was pronounced dead at Hennepin County Medical Center following a traffic stop in the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Fry Street in the city of Falcon Heights. His mother, Valerie Castile, confirmed his passing with WCCO.
Castile’s chilling death was chronicled by his girlfriend, Lavish Reynolds, who began live streaming on Facebook shortly after Castille was shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a car. The video opens with Reynolds screaming “stay with me” as Castille sat bleeding to death while she explained to her viewers they had been pulled over for a “busted taillight in the back.” Reynolds’ young daughter was also in the vehicle at the time they were pulled over and at the start of the broadcast, was being detained by other responding officers.

Eleven officers were shot by gunmen who were still at large hours after what was believed to be a coordinated shooting, according to Dallas Police Chief David Brown.

市警によると、容疑者はデモ隊の近くの高所から狙撃しており、計画的に警官を狙った可能性が高い。容疑者の１人は、警察との銃撃戦の末に身柄が拘束されたという。また、市警はツイッターで、迷彩色のＴシャツを着てライフル銃とみられるものを持ってデモに参加する黒人の男性の写真を公表して情報を求めていたが、この男性は出頭したといい、事件と関係ない可能性も指摘されている。
　米ＦＯＸニュースが報じた事件発生当時の映像では、デモ参加者が逃げ惑い、重装備の警官が犯人を捜す様子が分かる。またツイッターに投稿された、近くで撮影されたとみられる動画では、多数の発砲音が続いていた。

　銃撃が起きた時、黒人差別に抗議するグループ「ブラック・ライブズ・マター（黒人の命も大切だ）」のメンバーら約１０００人が「手を上げたら撃つな」などと連呼し、ホテルや商業ビルなどが立ち並ぶダラスの中心部を練り歩いていた。
　銃撃犯はデモの終点近くの建物で警官を待ち伏せていたもようで、「高所」（警察高官）を含む異なる地点から、激しい銃撃を浴びせた。使用された武器はライフル銃とみられ、発表では、この時点で警官１０人が撃たれた。何人かは背中から撃たれていた。
　テレビ映像からは３０～４０発の銃声が断続的に聞かれた。目撃者はＣＮＮテレビに対し、銃撃犯の１人は戦闘服のような上下の着衣で、大きな弾倉の付いた銃を持っていたと語った。

普通に考えれば、黒人が復讐心から狙撃した、つまりは「仕返し」であろうが、何しろダラスである。銃規制の声を封じ混乱を拡大させることを意図したプロの仕業の可能性もあり得るだろう。
夜に遠くから警官だけを狙撃できる腕前の持ち主、というところが引っかかる。

 

黒人白人にかぎらず外人、特にアメリカ人はルールを守らない。罪を犯して捕まってもまず以て認めないし反省もしない。
そういう人たちが持つのは権利だと言って銃を携行している。
これだけでも永久にこうした事件はなくならないことが明らかだが、そうしたこととは別に、やはり黒人への嫌悪感や軽賤の感情は白人一般に根強いようだ。
おれは白人にも黒人にも知り合いはおらず、関わり合いになる中でいかなる感情が惹起し醸成されていくのかは、実感として解からない。

ただ、現在の日本の安全は「奇跡的」であること、
それがいつ壊れてもおかしくないこと、
白人にとっては日本人も黒人と同じ “Colored” であり、白人に比べれば数段劣等の “Yellow Monkey” との認識であること、
等が想起されるのみである。

電聯車爆炸案　警方不排除恐怖攻擊

台北市松山車站驚傳列車爆炸案！今晚十點左右，松山車站一列電聯車突然傳出爆炸聲響，當時列車內有20多人，爆炸後，列車內起火，20人遭火灼傷，案件發生後，站內人員緊急將火勢撲滅，大批警消趕抵現場救援，爆炸原因懷疑是有心人士所為，而也有目擊者看到有一男子持黑色長條物進入車廂，懷疑就是爆裂，警方不排除是恐怖攻擊。

警方在現場已找到1個長約20公分的鞭炮碎片，依現場遺留的白色粉末研判，懷疑可能是鞭炮用的火藥引爆，警方觀察受傷民眾傷勢，多數是外部燒傷，醫治後已無大礙。目前雖不了解作案動機為何，但從現場爆炸痕跡，研判可能是惡作劇所為，但也不排除是恐怖攻擊。

An excellent example that shows Hollywood could crank out a country shuffle tune just as convincing as the real deal in Nashville. Case in point is this 1960 release featuring the vocal of Jan Howard. Composed by her then husband, Harland Howard who made quite a lucrative living as a songwriter,’I’ve Got My Pride’ was born within the walls of Radio Recorders. With some of the finest pickers and players on the west coast, the finished result is fine piece of top notch country & western music.
At the age of 15 while living in Missouri, Jan married her high school sweetheart and by the time she was 21, she was the mother of three children. The couple divorced and she had her second marriage annulled. She picked up and moved to Los Angeles where she met songwriter, Harlan Howard in 1957. After dating just a month the two traipsed off to Las Vegas and got married. Amazed by Jan’s soft vibrato as she sang while doing chores around the house, he convinced her to sing the vocal on a demo of one of his recent compositions. He sent the recording to Nashville where Kitty Wells would make it a hit. Having severe stage fright, Jan struggled to overcome it and pressed on and quickly snagged a recording contract with Sundown Records in 1958. Over the next 26 years she would record for Jackpot, Challenge, Capitol, Decca, GRT, Con Brio, First Generation and AVI. Although Jan and Harlan divorced in 1968, she continued to perform and record not only as a solo act but also record duets with Wynn Stewart, Ned Miller and Bill Anderson. She ultimately cranked out more than 25 hits with the’Nashville Sound’ was nominated for a Grammy and was also a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

The second of only two known solo singles issued by Brent Edwards of which both of those discs were pressed on Ed Barsky’s Karen Records label. Edwards had began his musical career as a member of a high school vocal group, Dale and the Cashmeres. The group had one single on Matt Records in 1960,’Last Night’ b/w’Pete The Mongoose’. Not long after, Brent joined another group, the Dynaflows which after some personnel changes, became the Lavanders. Two singles were released on CR label in 1961,’Slide’ b/w’Angel’ and’That Lucky Old Sun’ b/w’Cool It Down’. In 1962, Brent Edward signed with Karen Records with his first solo disc released in April of that year,’Time After Time’ b/w’Satin Doll’ which was a somewhat jazzy/big band production. For his second and final Karen release, David White and John Madara not only produced and arranged the session they also composed both sides of the disc;’Pride’ b/w’Over The Weekend’. Shortened from its original copyrighted title of’Pride Is Such A Little Word’, the A-side was a classic Philadelphia styled dance track that really should have made an impact but unfortunately came and went into obscurity. Brent Edwards may not have sold a substantial number of records in the USA, but the song was covered overseas by Billy J. Kramer with the Dakotas, Don Spencer and the LeRoys, Ray Brown and the Whispers, Vern Rogers, Don Spencer, and the Forerunners. Not bad for the team of Madara & White.

習近平「美人妻」の暗殺未遂事件　犯人は武装警察だった

習近平が危機感を募らせているのは習近平夫人の彭麗媛にまで批判が及び、暗殺未遂事件まで起こったことが原因だという。
　４月上旬、広東省在住のジャーナリストが習近平夫人である彭麗媛を中国史上唯一の女帝で、稀代の悪女とされる７世紀の則天武后になぞらえる文章をネット上で発表。当局はすぐに削除するとともに、「デマを流した」などとして、このジャーナリストを逮捕した。
　さらに、真偽のほどは不明だが、彭麗媛の専用車に爆発物が仕掛けられたものの、党中央の要人警護のシークレットサービス「党中央警衛局」要員に見破られ、犯人は逮捕された。犯人は何と武装警察部隊の隊員数人だった。習近平による３０万人の兵員削減で、軍から武警に配転になったことを恨んだ犯行とされる。
　ここに至って、習近平は羊の群れを狙うオオカミのように、権力者としての牙をむき出しにする。４月下旬から5月初旬にかけ、習近平の党の重要会議での演説全文が公表され、「党内部の敵」の撲滅を宣言したのである。

Dallas Shooting Suspect Micah Xavier Johnson Had Rifles, Bomb Making Materials in His Home, Police Say

The suspected gunman in an attack on police officers in Dallas — which left five cops dead and seven injured — had bomb-making materials, ballistic vests and rifles in his house, police said.
The news from police came as police pieced together the background on the suspect, 25-year-old Micah Xavier Johnson, in the ambush-style shooting Thursday night.
Detectives are also analyzing information in a “personal journal of combat tactics” they recovered, Dallas police said.
Officials said this afternoon it appears that Johnson was the lone shooter. Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings described the gunman as a “mobile shooter” who wrote manifestos on how to shoot and move.
Johnson, who was killed by police when they detonated a bomb delivered by robot, served as a U.S. Army reservist until April 2015. He was trained and served in the Army Reserve as a carpentry and masonry specialist, defense officials said.
Johnson, a private first class, was deployed to Afghanistan from November 2013 to July 2014, according to his service record. His former employer, Jeppi Carnegie, CFO of Touch of Kindness LLC, said Johnson had worked for the residential health care company since January 2015. He worked from his mother’s home in Mesquite and cared for his 21-year-old brother, Carnegie told ABC News.

　警察当局によると、ミカ・グザビエ・ジョンソン容疑者（２５）はロボットを使った警察の爆破作戦で死亡した。
　ブラウン本部長は同容疑者の死亡の経緯について、交渉が不調に終わった後で警察と銃撃戦を始めたためと述べた。「容疑者は（人種差別的な暴力への反対運動である）『ブラック・ライブズ・マター（黒人の命は大切）』に動揺していた。最近の警察による銃撃に動揺していた。白人に動揺していると話していた。白人、特に白人の警官を殺したいと発言した」という。
