戦前の日本、特に明治・大正のころまでは、貰いっ子とか、孤児を引き取るとか、見どころのある若者を書生として預かるというのが、ふつうにありました。西日本では差別があったようですが、東京あたりじゃ相互扶助の意識がけっこう高かったんです。
今度の震災では多くの児童が寄る辺なき身の上となったようですね。
幼い彼らの心中を察すると、こちらまで胸がつぶれるような思いがいたします。
親を亡くした子は可哀相だ。ほんとうに哀れでなりません。
さして力になれない私としては、せめても 彼らの前途に幸多かれと ひたすら祈るのみです。

枝野幸男官房長官は２７日の記者会見で、東京電力福島第１原発周辺の避難指示地域の住民が家財を運び出すため希望している一時帰宅について「安全性を確保した上でできるのかどうかという模索・検討を始めた段階だ」と述べ、放射線量の検出状況などを見極めながら検討する考えを示した。

万一に備えての避難だったはずが、いつのまにやら「大きなリスク」があるので「帰宅自粛を強く求める」ということに。
政府には５段階・１０段階くらい先を見据えて、分かりやすい指示を出してもらいたい。
でないと、身一つで避難した住民は全財産を放射能で汚染され、棄てることになりますよ。
