介護施設で働く人の賃金について労働組合が調べたところ、月額の平均で20万円余りと全産業の平均より9万円近く低いうえ、サービス残業をしていると答えた人が半数以上に上りました。組合は「このままでは人手不足がさらに深刻化する」と指摘しています。
