売国奴め！ 日本の対中ＯＤＡ紹介で非難殺到＝中国版ツイッター

外務省によれば、１９７９年に開始された対中ＯＤＡは有償資金協力が約３兆１３３１億円、無償資金協力が１４５７億円、技術協力が１４４６億円となり、総額約３兆円以上をＯＤＡとして中国に提供してきた。
中国の軍事情報を伝えるサイト「鉄血軍事」が中国版ツイッター・微博で日本の対中ＯＤＡについてつぶやいたところ、微博ユーザーからさまざまな反応が寄せられた。
鉄血軍事によれば、シンガポールの教科書には日本による侵略のことも、戦後のＯＤＡ援助のことも記載されているが、中国では改革開放後だけでも１５０の重点プロジェクトで日本からの援助を受けたものの、教科書には一言も記載されておらず、「ゆえに日本の歴史に対する知識が欠け、憎しみを抱く原因の１つになっている」と主張した。
同主張に対して、「売国奴」呼ばわりする微博ユーザーは非常に多く、「一目で売国奴だと分かる」、「また売国奴が出て来たよ」などのコメントが寄せられた。
また、「家族が殺されてからお金をもらったら、家族が復活するのかよ？」、「これは日本の食材であって真の援助ではない。人の命がお金に代えられるとでも思うのか？」など、金銭で測れる問題ではないとの意見も多かった。
鉄血軍事が指摘するように、中国では日本によるＯＤＡ援助はほとんど中国国民に知らされていないのが現状だ。そのためか「これってマジ？」、「オレの教師は米国と英国によるＯＤＡ援助は話していた。日本のことが本当なのかどうかは分からない」というコメントもあり、どうも信じられないようだ。
中国はすでに世界第２位の経済大国だ。日本政府は１９９９年以降、中国への経済援助を大幅に削減し始めており、日本が援助を停止するのは時間の問題と見られる。しかし、中国メディアの環球時報は２０１１年、「わが国の国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）は日本を超えたが、中国の１人当たりＧＤＰは日本の１０分の１にすぎない」とし、「わが国がＯＤＡ卒業を祝うのはまだ早い」と主張、日本からの援助を継続して希望する姿勢を示した。（編集担当：畠山栄）

中国人ブロガーの拾一（ハンドルネーム）さんは元来、歴史問題ゆえに日本に対してはマイナスのイメージを抱いていたというが、日本留学を通じて日本に対する印象が変わったようだ。

肝心なことは中国人自身が中国の行ってきた対外侵略や虐殺について、事実を知らされず、事実と異なる情報を信じ込まされているということ。
これは大日本帝国が行った情報統制とまったく同じ。大日本帝国を悪だとするならなぜその真似を中国政府が行うのかよくよく考えてもらいたいものだ。
興味深い分析がある。昨年６月に「中国戦略文化促進会」という中国の民間機関が『二〇一二年日本の軍事力評価報告』を出している。
分析した海上自衛隊幹部学校の山本勝也主任研究開発官によれば、中国側は「平和憲法の制約を受けているとはいえ、日本の軍事力が『自衛隊』の名の下に、中規模で、高い軍事費と、精巧な装備・進んだ技術・レベルの高い正規軍であり、現在重要な軍事変革の時期にある」と認識している。
中国側は日本の自衛隊は「技術・レベルの高い正規軍」であるが、その軍事力は「中規模」に過ぎないとして、中国に対する脅威とは考えていない。そして、それは「平和憲法の制約」ゆえであるけれども、現在、南西地域の防衛力を強化しようとしている。それは「中国海軍の第１列島線突破を牽制するもの」と認識しているというのだ。
「第１列島線」とは、九州を起点に、沖縄、台湾、フィリピン、ボルネオ島に至るラインのことで、中国海軍の台湾有事の際の作戦海域であり、対米有事の際にも第１列島線の内側の南シナ海、東シナ海、日本海への、米海軍・空軍の侵入を阻止することを中国海軍は目的としている。１９９２年には、内側の尖閣諸島、西沙諸島、南沙諸島を中国の領土とする「領海法」を制定している。
要するに、中国は日本の憲法改正が第１列島線突破を不可能にするがゆえに反対している。正体見たりといったところだ。

戦前回帰願望を持つ右翼宰相を用意し後押ししたのは中国・韓国・ロシアである。彼らが日本領土を闚覦（きゆ＝覬覦）することで一般の日本人まで危機感を募らせるようになってしまった。
アメリカもあるいはＣＩＡがマスコミ工作・世論工作・選挙結果に対する工作をしたかもしれないが、素因は中韓ロの軍事マターである。

任期満了に伴う堺市長選は２９日投開票され、無所属現職の竹山修身氏（６３）＝自民支持、民主推薦＝が、地域政党「大阪維新の会」公認の新人で元堺市議の西林克敏氏（４３）を破り、再選を果たした。最大の争点だった「大阪都」構想への堺市の参加の是非については「ノー」が突き付けられた形だ。維新の公認候補が知事選、政令市長選で敗れるのは初めて。投票率は５０・６９％と、前回（４３・９３％）を上回った。
維新にとっては、党設立のきっかけとなった政策を地元大阪で否定されたことになり、日本維新の会の国政での影響力や、同党共同代表の橋下徹大阪市長の求心力低下につながるのは必至だ。また、来秋に予定される大阪市での住民投票にも影響が出るとみられる。
橋下氏は同日夜、松井一郎大阪府知事（日本維新幹事長）と共に、堺市内で記者会見し、「都構想で堺がなくなるわけではないと伝えることが、正直不足していた」と述べた。また、敗北の責任を取って、自身と松井氏が、日本維新、大阪維新の役職を辞する考えはないことを明らかにした。

大阪都は面白い話だったが、それが潰えたのもまた橋下氏の人物に起因する。
選挙民も愚かであった。
大阪府と大阪市の二重構造の解消は、もし将来 あるとしたら「日本維新の会」「大阪維新の会」とは別の勢力によって為されるという気がする。
法律事務所を設立した２年目の１９９９年（平成１１年）から２００４年（平成１６年）までの６年間に、消費者金融大手「アイフル」の子会社である商工ローン企業「シティズ」の顧問弁護士であった。
シティズは利息制限法を超えるグレーゾーン金利で融資していたが、他の多くの貸金業者が払いすぎた利息の返還に応じていたのに対し、シティズは貸金業法１７条書面及び１８条書面の交付によって「みなし弁済」を主張して、過払い利息の返還に応じず、圧倒的に多数の裁判でも勝利してきた。これについては、多重債務問題に取り組む弁護士、司法書士、被害者の会などからはシティズについて「利息制限法による引き直し計算を前提にした特定調停・個人民事再生に応じない」「多重債務救済手続の支障になる」「連帯保証人を要求し、連帯保証人から債権回収を図る」として対応に極めて問題のある企業と考えられていた。

また、ネット通販業界では、産地から直接出荷・販売している業者（産直業者）や、メーカーの通販を囲い込む動きが活発だ。アマゾンのマーケットプレイスや楽天のスーパーロジスティクスといったサービスがその典型だ。

横暴な外国企業と手を切った佐川。
ライバル ヤマト も喜んではいられない。
２４時間フル稼働の仕分け現場は悲鳴を上げている。
宅配便の仕分けはバーコードで全自動かと思いきや、６桁程度の地域別番号をバイトが一つ一つ目視で振り分けているそうで、はなはだ効率が悪い。
荷や封書の大きさ・重さがまちまちであるため、そうせざるをえないのだが、取り扱い量はすでに限界に近いという。佐川の分までヤマトに来たら遅配は避けられまい。
アマゾンの荷は箱の種類が決まってるので、それだけでも機械仕分けが可能とも思われるが、システムづくり・設備投資にはアマゾンとの長期取引の契約が必須であろう。
