米映画誌「ハリウッド・リポーター」は１７日、大手映画会社ワーナー・ブラザースの一部門が、手塚治虫さんの代表作「鉄腕アトム」の実写映画製作に向けて「手塚プロダクション」と交渉を進めていると報じた。手塚プロダクションは共同通信の取材に対し、交渉中であると認めた。
「ワーナー」側は映画「カリフォルニア・ダウン」の脚本に携わったアンドレ・ファブリツィオ氏とジェレミー・パスモア氏のコンビに脚本を依頼している。

近年は貧乏神を題材にした投句が最も多かったが、今回は水木さんをテーマにしたものが最多。「主逝き 水木ロードに 冬の雨」（大阪市の男性６２歳）、「大先生 閻魔の横で 水木節」（松江市の女性４１歳）などが上位１０作品に入った。

The Broadway musical “Very Warm For May,” staged by Vincente Minnelli, ran for only a meager 59 performances; yet this outstanding Kern-Hammerstein ballad from the play’s score was so good that today it’s still worth hearing by almost any performer （but was Masters vocalist Harlan Rogers attempting to become the Frankie Valli of his day?）. The Artie Shaw and Tommy Dorsey versions were the ones most favored by record buyers at the time.

自民党の丸山和也法務部会長は１７日の参院憲法審査会で、オバマ米大統領を引き合いにして、「例えば、今、米国は黒人が大統領になっている。黒人の血を引くね。これは奴隷ですよ」と述べた。審査会終了後、丸山氏は陳謝し、訂正する考えを示したが、人種差別的な発言と取られる可能性もある。

８０過ぎのおじいちゃんのところに国民健康保険の請求書が行くのは、おじいちゃんが戸籍上の世帯主になっているから。
国民健康保険は世帯で加入し、世帯主がまとめて保険料（もしくは保険税）の納付をする、という仕組み。
（ちなみに国民健康保険料、といいきれず（税）なんてモニョって書いているのは、料も税もそれぞれの自治体で自由に決められるから。詳しい違いは省くけれど税の方が少し規約が厳しい。あなたの自治体が「料」なら黒字運営なのかも？）
これは父親だけが働く、「１馬力」だった時代の名残ではないかと思う。
例えば漁師のお父さんが働いて、奥さんや子供を養う。
お父さんが「家長」なので保険料は世帯主が支払う。
この時代ならお父さんだけに請求書が来てもおかしくない。
大きくなった子供たちは各自独立して社会保険に入る。
長男だけが家に残り跡を継ぎ、世帯主を変更して一家の代表になる。
今は家長制度、というのが衰退しつつある。
個人の働き方が変化し、自営業、農業漁業関係者と定年退職者のために作られ、各市区町村が細々と運営していた国民健康保険の加入者も倍増し、赤字運営が続いている。

政治家はなぜ動かん？
ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン（ＵＳＪ、大阪市）を運営するユー・エス・ジェイが、沖縄県で新設するテーマパークの計画について、撤回を含めて検討していることがわかった。同社を昨年に買収した米メディア大手のコムキャストが、採算面などで難色を示しているとみられ、投資効果を見極めて最終判断する。
計画は昨年３月に示され、沖縄美（ちゅ）ら海水族館などがある国営海洋博公園（沖縄県本部町）が有力な候補地。沖縄の自然を生かした施設で、２０２０年ごろの開業をめざしていた。沖縄振興策として政府も注目し、菅義偉官房長官が候補地を視察するなど後押しする姿勢を示していた。
