女性器をかたどった石膏（せっこう）型を販売したとして、警視庁保安課は２７日、わいせつ物頒布容疑で、静岡市清水区の介護施設職員の男（５０）を書類送検した。同課によると、「約３０年前に雑誌で興味を持ち、特殊メークの学校で作り方を学んだ。女性器の型を自分より上手に取れる人はいない」と容疑を認めている。
男は平成１４年５月ごろから、出会い系サイトなどで知り合った女性約８０人の性器をかたどり、インターネットオークションで１個１５００～２万円で６００個以上を販売し、計約３２０万円を売り上げていた。女性には最高２万円を支払っていたという。
送検容疑は、２４年４月、栃木県小山市の男性会社員（４３）に女性器の石膏型２個を３６００円で販売したとしている。
また、同課は女性器の石膏型を展示していたとして、わいせつ物公然陳列容疑で、東京・秋葉原のアダルトショップ運営会社「メルシー」を警告した。約１年前から「満神社」と称して２０～５０代の女性器の石膏型３０個を展示。「女子力アップの御利益がある」などと宣伝していた。

鹿児島県いちき串木野市で２７日、「本格焼酎による乾杯を推進する条例」が可決、成立する。佐賀県や京都市などが日本酒での乾杯を勧める条例を定めているが、市によると焼酎は全国初。
条例制定は、地元特産の焼酎の消費を盛り上げるのが狙い。焼酎での乾杯について「市は推進に必要な措置を講じる」「市民は取り組みに協力する」などと定めている。ビールや日本酒で乾杯しても罰則はない。
いちき串木野市の蔵元の数は「焼酎王国」鹿児島県でも２番目に多いという。

それを受け、６月６日、いちき串木野市が『本格焼酎による乾杯を推進する条例案』を市議会に提出し、きのう２７日に可決されたという流れ。

In a novel twist, Victor also issued that version on commercial 78, but with a special white label （available on this channel）.
You’ll note that the original release of this posted track was shown on the label as “The Drunkard Song,” but the title was changed to “There Is A Tavern In The Town” on future Victor reissues.

Shown on the label by its original title “Drinking Song,” this rousing tune is now best-remembered by most as “Drink, Drink, Drink” via its Mario Lanza recording included in the soundtrack of the 1954 musical film “The Student Prince” （lip synced on-screen by Edmund Purdom） and the hugely popular RCA Victor LP “Mario Lanza sings the hit songs from the Student Prince and other great musical comedies.”

日女道 丘のヒメは、凸型の性器を持った男児のヒコがホ（穂）コ（児）の転なら、凹型の性器に由来する語と考えるべきだろう。姫路城の城山は東峰と西峰からなる双頂丘だが、その二つの丘の問の凹型の谷間をヒと呼んだものだと私は考える。
