２月１１日付けニュースサイト「ヘルスランド」によると、「The Science of Kissing（邦題：キスの科学）」の著者であるシェリル・カシンバーム氏は著書の中で、ラトガーズ大学人類学者ヘレン・フィッシャー博士の研究内容を紹介し、「キスは人間にとって重要な３つのニーズを満たすために行われる行為」と説明しています。

情熱的なキスは、強烈な生物学的反応を呼び起こします。まず、熱望と欲求を感じた際に出るドーパミンや、相手を求める気持ちを盛り上げるセロトニンなどの神経伝達物質の濃度を押し上げます。次に子宮伸縮ホルモン（別名：ラブホルモン）が急激に上昇。このホルモンの働きが、カップルの愛情を誘発するオルガスムスを呼び起こすのです。つまりキスをしたとき、体内では恋をしたときと同じ化学反応が起きているのです。

From the late 1940’s until the early 1960’s, performing and recording as Joan Shaw, the Newport News, Virginia native tackled R&B, Jazz and the American songbook. After making demonstration records for the likes of Peggy Lee and Lena Horne, Miss Shaw began making records of her own from 1951 until 1964 over six different labels. Somewhat reinventing herself, Joan relocated to England where she began performing and recording as Salena Shaw. She combined the names of two of her favorite singers, Sarah Vaughn and Lena Horne along with her first name. The move across the pond was ultimately the right decision as Salena Jones went on to have a successful career recording and performing live as well as on television. She worked with the best arrangers, producers and musicians around and is still doing so today. Presented here is her 1966 recording of’That’s When You Really Love Him’. It was recorded in the summer of 1966 in England under the direction of Tony Osborne. Composed by Derrick Mason and Christopher Dandy, it is the only known example of their collaboration. On August 19, 1966, Salena’s version of’I Am Yours （Mon Credo）’ was released on Columbia Records in the United Kingdom with the lushly orchestrated,’I Only Know I Love You’ on the B-side. Both were Tony Osborne arranged and conducted recordings. Curiously, one month later when’I Am Yours （Mon Credo）’ was issued in the United States on Bell Records,’That’s When You Really Love Him’ was pressed as the flip side. It is a stunning power ballad that really deserved is own release at the plug side. The track appears to have only ever been available on the US pressing and never included on an LP or ever available in stereo. Hopefully in the not-so-distant future, the dusty reel of recording tape sitting on a shelf in a dark tape storage room that contains this wonderful recording, will be unearthed and given its proper digital stereophonic remastered materialization.

Kelly Garrett – A Toy In The Hands Of A Child（1966/03）

Out of Los Angeles, the second of a two record deal she made with Palomar Records. The first single,’Save Me From Myself’ and this,’A toy In The Hands Of A Child’ are both dramatic productions that show off the vocal power of the 22 year old songstress. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania in 1944 as Ellen Boulton, she and her family would move to New Mexico in 1946. At the age of 16, she studied for a year at the College Conservatory of Music and then left for Los Angeles where she changed her name to Kelly Garret on the advice of her agent. Singing in clubs at night and working as a bank teller by day, within a year she had scored a record contract with Ava Records and began appearing on television, most notably on the teen music programs,’Shindig!’ and’Shivaree’. She continued to record throughout the 1970’s as well as acting. In the 1990’s she began giving voice lessons which she continued to do from her North Hollywood home for about ten years. She returned to New Mexico and in 2009 was diagnosed with throat and tongue cancer which she would ultimately succumb to in 2013 at the age of 69.

　財務省の貿易統計（速報）による１１月の貿易赤字（２０１３年１２月１８日発表）は２か月連続で１兆円を超え、１１月として過去最大の１兆２９２９億円を記録。１月からの累計赤字は１０兆１６７２億円になった。
輸入押し上げ原因は原発停止に伴う火力発電
　このペースでいけば、年間では２０１２年の６・９兆円を軽く上回る１１兆円超に達する見通し。２０１３年度の赤字は、商社の業界団体である日本貿易会が１２兆９９０億円になるとしている。
　貿易赤字が過去最悪のペースで膨らんでいるのは、火力発電燃料などの輸入がかさむ一方、国内製造業の空洞化のため、円安にもかかわらず輸出が伸びないからだ。
　まず、１１月の輸入額は前年同月比２１・１％増の７兆１９３３億円。これを押し上げている第一の原因が原発停止に伴う火力発電への依存度の高まりだ。１１月の原油の輸入額は同３４・９％、液化天然ガスは同３７・４％の大幅増となった。
　１年前の１ドル＝８０円前後から１ドル＝１００円程度まで円安・ドル高が進み、円換算の輸入額が膨らんだもので、１１月までの燃料の輸入額は前年同期よりも１２・８％増えて２４・７兆円に達した。もう一つがスマートフォンの輸入で、スマホなど「通信機」は２３・６％増えた。通信機を含む電気製品全体では、２０１３年累計で輸入額が輸出額を初めて上回って輸入超過（赤字）に転落する見通しだ。

自国通貨安で輸出に有利となったのに、貿易赤字が過去最高。
政府による貿易と民間企業による貿易があるけれども、全体の収支はマイナス。
国としてその赤字を直ちに補うには増税か国債発行しかない。

私は国家の予算規模を思い切って縮小し、“小さな政府”にすべきだと思う。
社会保障はベーシック・インカムで統一し、食料品・日用品以外に、２０～３０％程度の消費税を課し、そのすべてをベーシック・インカムとして均等に再配布する。
もちろんそのシステム以外の旧来の社会保障に従事していた職員は全員失職する。失職してもベーシック・インカムがあるのでじっくり就職先を探せるというわけだ。

日本および日本人が生き残れなければ、人類が生き残れるはずもない。いま生存している人間ができるだけ無駄死しないように、地球規模で新たなシステムを構築すべき時なんじゃないか？
しかしおそらくは、それは今の人類には高望み、無理な注文なんだろうな。

On December 28, 2013, the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) admitted steam was seen billowing out of reactor building #3, saying the steam appeared to be coming from what’s left of the fifth floor of the mostly-destroyed building. It is widely known that persons cannot get inside Reactor Building #3 because it is severely damaged and highly radioactive, so TEPCO cannot state for certain what is happening in that building or why. TEPCO admits they do not know why this steam is being generated, but matter-of-factly revealed today (December 28) the steam was first spotted on December 19 for a short period of time, then again on December 24 and again on December 25.

Turner Radio Network （TRN） has issued a report regarding Fukushima Diachi Nuclear Plant that is expected to affect the entire Northern Hemisphere.
According to the report: “Persons residing on the west coast of North America should IMMEDIATELY begin preparing for another possible onslaught of dangerous atmospheric radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster site in Japan.”
Through ENENews reports, TEPCO has confirmed via camera surveillance, that steam has begun to pour from Reactor 3, although they have “not been identified abnormal plant conditions.”
TEPCO are reporting that “radioactive steam has suddenly begun emanating from previously exploded nuclear reactor building #3 at the Fukuishima disaster site in Japan.”

Fresh plumes of most probably radioactive steam have been detected rising from the reactor 3 building at the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant, said the facility’s operator company.
The steam has been detected by surveillance cameras and appeared to be coming from the fifth floor of the mostly-destroyed building housing crippled reactor 3, according to Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO), the plant’s operator.
The steam was first spotted on December 19 for a short period of time, then again on December 24, 25, 27, according to a report TEPCO published on its website.
The company, responsible for the cleanup of the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl, has not explained the source of the steam or the reason it is rising from the reactor building. High levels of radiation have complicated entry into the building and further inspection of the situation.
Three of the plant’s reactors suffered a nuclear meltdown in March 2011 after the Great East Japan Earthquake and resulting tsunami hit the region. The plant is comprised of six separate water boiling reactors. At the time of the earthquake, reactor number 4 had been de-fueled and reactors 5 and 6 were in cold shutdown for planned maintenance, thereby managing to avoid meltdowns.

昨年末より３号機についての噂が喧しい。
東電が報告する「湯気」が「メルトダウン」「再臨界」「放射性ガスの噴出」と結び付けられているのだ。
もちろんすべて憶測の域を出ない。
隠すつもりなら東電も最初から「湯気」など報告しないだろう。

上掲のブログ記事が事実かどうか判らないが、大企業が反原発を掲げる新聞社への広告出稿を控えるというのは当然の流れだと思われる。
ハッキリ言ってしまえば、広告収入に頼っているうちは自由な言論の展開はムリ。今までだってそうだし、今後はますますそうなるだろう。
個人的には東京新聞はキライじゃない。フトコロに余裕さえあればとっても構わぬが、長期的にはやはり新聞というものは木材資源、紙の無駄であることは否めないので、報道メディアとしてもっと身軽に存続できるようなシステムを考えるべきだと思うのだ。

２０１４年も幕開け、いよいよ新しいスタートを切ることとなりました。各社メーカーも新年のあいさつを公式サイトで公開しておりますが、あの大手お菓子メーカーロッテがとんでもないミスをしているとネットで話題になっております。今年の干支は「午（ウマ）」ですがなぜか「丑（ウシ）」となっているというのです。

実は私も昨年末、２０１４年とすべきところを２０１５年にしていたことに後から気がついて、慌てたのだった。そうなると元号も怪しく思えてきて、新年が平成の２５年か２６年か確認したが、そっちは間違ってなかったようだ。
またきのう２日は「元旦」としたメールを送ってしまった（笑）

それにしてもロッテのような大会社のサイトで、チェックが働かなかったのはどうしたことだろう。
日ごろ漢字を使わない人たち（！）がやらかしたというよりは、担当者が午（ウマ）という漢字を知らなかっただけだろうと想像される。

Skype social media platforms hacked by ‘Syrian Electronic Army’
The social media platforms of Skype have been hacked by a group claiming to be the Syrian Electronic Army （SEA）.
The group posted anti-surveillance messages, including a message telling people not to use email services of Microsoft, the owner of Skype.
It claimed “they are monitoring your accounts and selling the data to the governments”.
The hack comes after recent revelations about surveillance programmes being run by US intelligence agencies.

今は化学兵器廃棄の真っ最中のシリア。アサド支持派＝反米という、つまらない話のようだ。

マイクロソフト発行の電子メールアカウントが彼らに監視され、シリア政府にデータが売却されている、という。捨てメアドとして使われる例が多いだろうから、旨味はないと思われるが・・・

秒刊サンデー宛てに警察から捜査協力依頼があった、内容は秒刊サンデー内に他人の本名を書き、誹謗中傷を行ったという事だ。該当のコメント欄を確認したところ確かに問題と思われる氏名と学校名が記載され、更に誹謗中傷を行っているような内容が確認できた。今までは他人を殺害するなどと恐喝するコメントは真っ先に捜査対象となってきたが、今後は本名の記載もアウトなのかもしれない。

うちのサイトにあるすべてのコメント欄は管理者の承認が必要で、スパムや嫌がらせはわざわざ証拠を残した上に所期の目的を達せられない仕組みになってます。
また、機械的スパムコメントに対しても、すでに対策済みでシャットアウト。
