ランダム表示のヘッダー画像は従来のものから厳選し、若干新しいのを追加した。
favicon.ico の指定ができるのかどうか調べるのも面倒だったので、header.php に

一個オモシロい事に気がついた。
中国の簡体字を載せると、Internet Explorer9、Firefox、Safari、Operaでは正常に表示されるけれども、Google Chromeでは一部の文字が□になってしまう。

人間が放射線によって障害を受ける最低の放射線量は２００ミリシーベルト／毎時付近。つまりこれが「上限」。
ただちにその場から逃げ出す基準は１０ミリシーベルト／毎時。
1シーベルト（Sv）＝1000ミリシーベルト（mSv）＝100万マイクロシーベルト（μSv）
すなわち「毎時５００マイクロシーベルトの線量が観測されれば速やかに避難指示を発動」することは全く正しい。
懸念されるのは計測値のごまかし、隠蔽。人が被曝し死ぬことよりもパニックが起こってその責任を取らされることを怖れる官僚・政治家の下劣な性根だ。
古くから月の満ち欠けは人の精神状態や生活に影響を与えると信じられてきた。占星術の発展や、「狼男」などの月にまつわる伝説が生まれたのも月の「見えざる力」を人間が信じてきたからこそ。
が、ここにきて意外な事実が判明した。なんと月の満ち欠けは人間の精神状態に影響を与えないということが心理学者の研究によって明らかになったのだ。
今回の研究を行ったのはカナダにあるラバル大学の心理学者の研究チーム。彼らは精神的な疾患が理由で入院している７７０名の患者を３年間にわたって調査した。パニック障害や自殺行動、原因不明の胸の痛みなどを抱えている患者だ。
研究チームがこうした患者の症状と月の満ち欠けとの関係を調査したものの、因果関係は確認されなかったという。満月前の１週間は不安発作の発生症状が３２パーセント低下したというのが唯一確認された「傾向パターン」だったそうだ。

大阪の国立文楽劇場で上演されていた文楽（人形浄瑠璃）の１１月公演「仮名手本忠臣蔵」の入場者が前年と比べて１・６倍に増えた、というニュースがありました。
客足が落ちていた伝統芸能の文楽ですが、橋下徹・大阪市長が営業努力をしないのなら「補助金を減らす」と発言したことからマスコミに多く取り上げられ、逆効果で多くの人が足を運んだことが原因のようです。

２００３年に発表されたニック・ボストロムの論文は我々の全てにおける概念を覆すようなとんでもない発表がある。それは我々はコンピュータのシミュレーション上に住んでいるというものだ。その詳しい内訳3原則が以下のとおりである。
・現実と区別がつかないほどリアルなシミュレーションを開発レベルに達しない。
・そのようなレベルに達した種族は、そのようなシミュレーションを実行しようとしない。

そんなわけがない、我々は意識があるじゃないか！と思うかもしれないが残念なことにそれもある意味「ＡＩ」であり、そう思うようにプログラムされているのだという。
ただしいくつかの種族は、超進化を遂げこの世界と同じ世界をシミュレートすることができる「ポストヒューマン」になれるだろうと推測しており「ポストヒューマン」になれるかなれないかは我々の進化次第なのである。

米国勢調査局は１２日、２０６０年までに総人口に占める非白人の比率が５７％に拡大するとの予測を発表した。ヒスパニック（中南米系）とアジア系が大きく増える一方、白人の人口が過半数割れするなど、５０年後の米国社会は今と大きく姿を変えることになる。
同局の推計では、非白人の人口は、２０１２年の１億１６２０万人から、２０６０年には２倍以上となる２億４１３０万人に増加する。ヒスパニックの比率は、現在の１７％から３１％に増え、アジア系人口も向こう５０年で倍以上増えるとしている。
民族多様化が進む米国社会について、専門家らはこれまで、２０５０年までにマイノリティー（少数派）が過半数を占めるようになると予想してきた。国勢調査局の今回の予測では、２０４３年にはそれが現実となり、白人の人口が過半数を割るとされている。

朝のテレビ番組が紹介した新聞記事を踏まえての質問でしょう。
貧乏ガイジン、DQNガイジンが多数を占める国家に米・英がなり、文化レベルも品格も落ち、当然、国力も落ちています。これから日本もそうなっていきそうですね。
アメリカではヒスパニック系と黒人が多数を占めるだろうという予測。反対にネイティヴ・アメリカン（インディアン、イヌイット＝エスキモー、太平洋の米領の島の先住民）はますます少数派にならざるをえないらしい。
アメリカの奴隷制度と南北戦争を経てのその解放、および６０年代の公民権運動・差別撤廃運動は、結果として白人の鼻持ちならない傲慢さを矯正し、主に音楽とスポーツの面でアフリカ系の才能を開花させることにはなったけれども、同時に国力衰微の道筋もつけてしまった。
その流れに棹さしたのはヒスパニック系の増加でしょう。密入国してそのまま居ついちゃった人が多く、しかも何年たっても英語を喋れない人がたくさんいるそうです。ふつうは窮すれば通ずですが、言葉も、建国の理想も通じない。つまりはリアルに、窮すれども通じない状況。そのうえ彼らの最大の関心事である仕事が減ってるとなれば、犯罪増加、治安悪化は当然でしょう。
白人中間層のプア・ホワイトへの転落も顕著になってます。云うところの二極分化で、１％の大金持ちと９９％の貧乏人に徐々に分かれつつある。貧すりゃ鈍す。ろくなことにはならない。

After completing his education at the University of Santa Barbara, Paul moved back to Los Angeles and joined the group, the STRAWBERRY ALARM CLOCK in 1969. He would go on to compose, produce and record with a wealth of talent which he still does to this day.
In January 2019, Tree Toppers/Beauchemins group member PAUL MARSHALL remembered, “…..I didn’t know the studio had a name. I just thought of it as Bob Keane’s studio. It was upstairs from his office in a building on Selma near Argyle. Bobby Fuller recorded there too, so it may well have been called Mustang Studios. I recorded once with Bob at Gold Star later, around 1971, cutting a cover of “Silver Threads And Golden Needles” for the B side of “Goodbye, Goodbye” which Bob released on the Allied label. “My Lovin’ Baby” was cut first and released first on Mustang, and “Field Of Yellow Daisies” was cut later （both around 1966） and released on Scarlet”.

Originally recorded in 1959 with slightly different lyrics by Marvin Rainwater under the title “The Pale Faced Indian”, this John D. Loudermilk composition would achieve its greatest U.S. fame via the 1971 chart-topper by The Raiders. Don Fardon was an English performer whose version of the song would purportedly reach the one-million worldwide sales mark after becoming a top-5 hit in the UK and Australia two years after its appearance on the U.S. charts.
