憲法色（けんぽういろ）は、黒褐色の1つ。別名に憲法黒、憲法染、憲法茶などがある。

逮捕容疑は昨年５月中旬～今年６月上旬、デリヘル店「デリーズ」の商標をデニーズに似せて制作し、インターネット上に表示した疑い。

「ネーミングライツ」といえば、野球場などの施設の命名権を巨額のお金で企業に販売するもの…だったはず。ところが最近、個人でも買える命名権が続々と登場している。たとえば、東北楽天イーグルスは今春、２軍公式戦の「個人冠試合」を販売して話題になった。費用は１試合３万円で、始球式の特典つき。取得したひとりは大学生で、試合名は就活成功の願いを込めた「後久大樹 就活成功祈念試合」（！）。こんな個人向けネーミングライツがほかにもたくさんあるのだ。
「東京都が公園のベンチの名札に好きな文字を刻める権利を１５万～２０万円で販売しているのをはじめ、最近は地方自治体による個人向けネーミングライツが増えています。なかには『みさき公園動物園』のシマウマ、『金沢動物園』のサイなど、動物の赤ちゃんの名付け親になれる権利を販売するケースも。シマウマの命名権は８万５０００円でした。さらに、２万９０００円で星に名前を付けることのできるものもあります」。そう話すのはネーミングライツ情報の専門サイト「命名権ドットコム」の担当者。
