　１９日、皇居で天皇陛下への「信任状捧呈式（ほうていしき）」を終え、正式に大使となったキャロライン・ケネディ駐日米大使（５５）。５０年前の１９６３年１１月２２日、４６歳で暗殺されたジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ元米大統領の長女という知名度から、沿道は、華麗な馬車列で進む大使を一目見ようと集まった人々で埋め尽くされ、歓迎ムードに包まれた。
　午後３時すぎ、発着場所となった東京・丸の内の明治生命館から、濃いグレーのワンピースにパールのネックレス、黒のハイヒール姿でケネディ大使が現れると、沿道から「キャロライーン！」「ウェルカーム！」などと声があがった。
　大使は驚いた様子を見せつつも笑顔で手を振り、宮内庁が差し向けた儀装（ぎそう）馬車に乗車。馬車列はひづめの音を響かせてオフィス街や、イチョウなどが黄色く色づいた皇居外苑を進んだ。発着場所は以前は東京駅だったが、駅前も含めた工事に伴い、平成１９年から明治生命館が使われている。

　キャロライン・ケネディ駐日米大使は１９日、短文投稿サイト「ツイッター」で大使就任後初となる投稿を行った。天皇陛下にオバマ大統領の親書を手渡す信任状奉呈式に臨んだことを報告し、「忘れられない日になりました」とつぶやいた。
　つぶやきは英語と日本語で同じ内容が掲載されている。初投稿では「美しい日本に来ることができてワクワクしています！大使として仕事を始めます」と意気込み、花束を手にした自らの写真も載せた。

— The “An Idea Lives On” website （ www.anidealiveson.org ） goes live Monday morning. Visitors can watch an interactive film that includes videos of NASA Commander Chris Cassidy, former Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis, comedian Conan O’Brien, Freedom Rider Charles Person and others talking about Kennedy’s legacy. Then they’re encouraged to submit their own video, text, audio or photos to answer the question, “How do the ideals of John F. Kennedy live on in your life today?”

— A small exhibit that starts Friday will include never-before-displayed artifacts from his state funeral, including the flag that draped his casket and the saddle, boots and sword worn by the riderless horse that walked in the funeral procession. Visitors will also see notes written by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy as she made plans for her husband’s funeral and a 15-minute video with footage from the events.

　ケネディ暗殺の真犯人は誰か。それは、このアイルランド系のりベラルな若造に国の舵（かじ）取りを任せていてはソビエト共産主義との戦いに敗れてしまうという危機感を抱いた当時の「軍　 産　　複　　合　 体（ミリタリー・インダストリー・コンプレックス）」に属する指導者たちすべてである。おそらく数百人のアメリカ支配層のトップが、事件当時から真実を知っていたであろう。実際に犯行の指揮を行ったのは、ダラス市長アール・キャベル Earle Cabell の兄で、ＦＢＩのエドガー・フーバー長官の片腕だったチャールズ・キャベル Charles Cabel（将軍、ＦＢＩ副長官）の、その部下だったガイ・バニスター William Guy Bar Banister という男である。この男の直属の部下たちが、警察官姿で警備の警察官の中に紛（まぎ）れ込み、至近距離からケネディを撃ち殺したのだ。このことは、原作となったジム・ギャリソンの生涯を賭けての執念の調査報告『ＪＦＫ――ケネディ暗殺犯を追え』（ハヤカワ文庫、一九九二年）に、写真証拠付きですべて詳しく書かれている。もし本物の政治知識人であるなら、日本人でも必ず読むべき本である。

民主党も共和党も含め、その上層部がグルになってやったことである。この人々は、だからといって闇の世界に隠れているのではない。公然と「世界の首都」ワシントンやニューヨークを管理運営しているのである。彼らがすべて死んだ頃の二〇二九年には、調査委員会の資料が公開されることになっている。

　当時のリンドン・ジョンソン副大統領が、どうしても大統領になりたくてこの暗殺に加わったといわれている。当然、彼は民主党である。

語るべき最大の問題は、正当な手順により選出された自国の大統領を衆人環視の中で射殺し、無実の男に濡れ衣を着せ、しかも裁判を受けさせずにその男まで衆人環視の中で殺すという、そういうことをやってのけるアメリカ人の 禍々しき本質についてである。

キューバ危機ではクレムリンがビビって譲歩し、結果として全面核戦争は回避されたため、人類滅亡は免れた。
その後、アメリカはベトナムから手を引き、事実上のアメリカ敗北となった。ベトナム撤兵を阻止するために、軍と軍需産業、アメリカの支配層がケネディを殺害したのなら、その行為は結果として意味がなかったことになる。
つまりケネディ暗殺からアメリカの撤退決定までの間、彼らの中で暗闘があったものと推察されるのだ。もちろん世論の変化も大きな影響を与えたはずで、実際、ベトナム後のマスコミ対策が半世紀をかけて念入りに行われてきた。

更に卑怯なのは、自分たちの犯罪を国家機密に指定し封印してしまったことである。
バレなきゃ何をやってもいいんだ、力こそが正義だ、勝ってこそ正義なんだ、という決定的な「悪さ」が彼らアメリカ人の本性であると理解されることが、ケネディ暗殺事件の最大の教訓である。

何故そうなのかをひとことで言えば、自らを絶対正義と規定する一神教の文化であるからだ。
自己の欲望を肯定するのにこれほど都合のいい信仰もあるまい。
防非止悪の役には立たない、際限のない自己肯定を許してしまう信仰ゆえに、一神教は必然としてモラルハザードを起こすのである。

翻って日本はどうだろう。韓日の代表的な破壊的セクトが政権中枢に食い込んで影響力を行使している。そしてセオリーどおりのモラルハザードなのだが、
面白いのは完全にバッティングするカルト同士が目先の利害のために呉越同舟していること。
これはそうした連中の特質として数えられている、本音とタテマエを使い分けるマキャベリズムそのものだろう。
一神教の寄り合い所帯は、異なる価値観を認め合う多神教的社会とは似て非なるものである。
彼らは決定的な権力を手中に収める機会を虎視眈々と狙っており、「今は雌伏・臥薪嘗胆の期間」との認識であるはずだ。

ジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ米大統領＝当時（４６）＝が１９６３年に遊説先の南部テキサス州ダラスで凶弾に倒れてから５０年を迎えた２２日、暗殺現場となったダラス中心部の広場、ディーリー・プラザで追悼式典が開かれた。米国内外から集まった約５千人が、戦後最も親しまれた大統領に黙とうをささげ世界を揺るがした半世紀前の事件に思いをはせた。
　演説したローリングス市長は「私たちの大統領を目の前で奪われた、悪夢のような現実を見た」と振り返った上で「あの日から私たちは成長した」と述べた。

ジャック・レオン・ルビー（Jack Leon Ruby、1911年3月25日 – 1967年1月3日）は、アメリカ合衆国テキサス州ダラスの実業家、ナイトクラブオーナー。リー・ハーヴェイ・オズワルドがケネディ大統領暗殺容疑で逮捕された2日後の1963年11月24日、ダラス警察署の地下でテレビ中継中にオズワルドを射殺した。
出生名はジェイコブ・レオン・ルーベンスタイン（Ｊacob Leon Rubenstein）だが、その後改名してジャック・ルビーと名乗る。

ホワイトハウスは２２日、１９６３年のジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ元大統領の暗殺に関する機密文書の全面公開を延期すると発表した。
　ジョー・バイデン大統領は声明で、来年の１２月１５日まで未公開の文書の「全面的な一般公開を差し控える」とした。
　２０１８年、ドナルド・トランプ前米大統領がケネディ氏暗殺に関する機密文書を公開したが、一部は国家安全保障の観点から公開が見送られた。
　ホワイトハウスは公開延期の理由について、公文書の担当者による精査に時間がかかるとしており、バイデン氏は「軍事防衛や諜報（ちょうほう）作戦、法執行機関、外交への危害からの保護の必要性」に言及している。
　ケネディ氏暗殺後、当時の連邦最高裁判所長官アール・ウォーレン氏率いる委員会による調査報告書は、ソ連在住経験のある元海兵隊員のリー・ハーベイ・オズワルドによる単独犯行だったと結論付けた。しかし、この報告書には調査が不十分だったとの批判も上がった。
　米国の法律では「国民への十分な周知」を図ることを目的に、ケネディ氏暗殺に関するすべての政府記録の公開が義務付けられている。
