起きてる部分の脳が寝てる脳を起こして目覚めさせようとする、警告夢。
今朝はたて続けに３つ見た。
ミニサイクルで道を疾走しているオレ。一瞬ふわっとしたかと思うと、空中高く飛び出していた。どうやら崖に気づかなかったらしい。
眼下はるかに見えるのは浅瀬の入り江。盛り上がった部分が５つ６つ、互いに手を結んだ島のようにも見える。そこまでの距離およそ２００メートル。
まるでジブリアニメのような案配ではないか。
落ちて激突したときの衝撃が怖くなり、どうしようか夢のなかで真剣に悩んでるのだが、もちろん「夢」という自覚はない。
なぜか落下速度がゆっくりで、島の一つにふわりと着地した。
そこは観光名所らしく、家族連れの行楽客がぞろぞろと歩いている。へんなのが空から降ってきたというのに まったく気にしてないようす。オレもそのまま道を自転車で走りだした。
２つ目は鏡に写った自分の顔。右の目の上に赤い大きなかさぶたのようなものが出来ている。困った。
左下の頬を見たらピンクの小さな丸が、規則正しく 模様のように付いている。まるで印刷したような感じ。
これじゃさすがに人前に出られない。困った。
３つ目は、、、、３つ目が思い出せない。
同じ格好で寝たら、ふと思い出すかも。

今月２６日に掲載されたニューヨーク・タイムズのインタビュー記事は、猪瀬知事が、ライバルとなる２つの都市との比較に言及したほか、「イスラム諸国で人々が共有しているのは唯一アラーだけで、互いにけんかばかりしている」などと、ライバル都市のトルコのイスタンブールを批判する発言をしたと報じました。

は１００％の事実。
一ジャーナリスト、一作家としては、まともな見識です。
ただ、大金かけて五輪招致をしている知事としては今回のＩＯＣ規約違反は軽率すぎるといえましょう。
都知事という強大な権力の座に就くと、たいていの人はだんだん可怪しくなってくもんです。「地下鉄２４時間営業」のあたりから、この人にも少しそのケが出てきたのかもしれません。
失言問題が大きくなると当初、知事は「真意が正しく伝わっていない」「インタビューの文脈と異なる記事が出たことは非常に残念だ」とまるでＮＹタイムズの報じ方が悪いと言わんばかりの弁解をしていた。しかし、ＮＹタイムズは「知事をインタビューした記者２人は流暢（りゅうちょう）な日本語を話す。また知事は自身の通訳を用意しており、記事に引用した言葉はその通訳によるもの。通訳の言葉は録音している」「記事には完全な自信がある」と編集幹部の談話を発表。猪瀬知事は言い逃れはできないと全面降伏したかたちだ。

尖閣諸島（沖縄県石垣市）周辺の日本領海に中国の海洋監視船「海監」８隻が侵入した２３日、中国軍の戦闘機など軍用機が４０機以上、尖閣周辺に飛来していたことが分かった。複数の政府高官が２６日、明らかにした。軍用機は戦闘機が大半で、新型のＳｕ２７とＳｕ３０を投入。航空自衛隊の戦闘機パイロットの疲弊を狙って絶え間なく押し寄せた。政府高官は「前代未聞の威嚇だ」と指摘している。

中国外務省傘下の外交専門誌「世界知識」が、「現在に至るまで日本の合法的主権は沖縄に及ばない」と主張する論文を掲載し、日中関係専門家の間で波紋を呼んでいる。論文は、明治政府による台湾出兵や琉球処分につながる「牡丹社事件」（１８７１年）に関して、「近代中日関係の起点」とした上で「（日本の）琉球国に対する併合は日本のアジア侵略の始まりだ」と指摘している。外務省系誌に沖縄の日本帰属を否定する論文が掲載されるのは異例だ。
論文は「“牡丹社事件”と日本による琉球国併合」と題して３月１６日号に掲載された。執筆者は雷玉虹氏（復旦大学国際関係・公共事務学院）。中国政府は公式には「今まで琉球の主権を要求したことはない」（外務省高官）としているが、２０１２年９月に日本政府が沖縄県・尖閣諸島を国有化したことを受け、「尖閣に続き、沖縄に関しても日本をけん制する狙いがある」（日中外交筋）とみられる。

病院の説明によると、女性は昨年８月から入院し、鼻から栄養チューブを腸に通していた。４月７日にチューブが詰まったため、看護師が詰まりを除去しようと圧力をかけて酢酸を注入したが、誤って高濃度の酢酸を使用し、チューブから出た酢酸が腸を損傷。女性は24日に心不全と腎不全で死亡した。今後、酢酸の使用は中止するという。
同病院は「当院に責任があり、深くおわびする。原因究明と再発防止に努める」としている。

栄養チューブのマニュアルに、つないだままの状態で薄めた酢酸を高圧で通してつまりを取れ、とでも書かれていたのか。
元グーグル社員の佐々木大輔氏が開発した会計ソフト「freee」が話題になっている。青色申告の個人事業主向けサービスが月額９８０円。会社法に対応する法人向けも月額１９８０円と、破格のお値段。税理士を雇えば、個人で月１万～３万円、法人で月３万～５万円が相場だから、この会計ソフトがサービスを始めた３月の最初の２週間で１６００の事業所が申し込んだのも当然だ。
これに顔が“青色”になっているのが、全国７万３７００人の税理士たち。「勘定奉行」（OBC）のような会計ソフトが出た時も、「おまんまの食い上げ」といわれたものだが、今度のソフトは、これまでとは中身も内容もまるで違う。
東京郊外で個人事務所を営む税理士が言う。
「これまでの会計ソフトは、勘定をいちいち“手打ち”していましたが、freeeは“全自動”。ウェブ口座の明細が自動的に会計帳簿に振り分けられるのです。従業員数人規模の会社の会計なら、ものの１分で終了ですね」
月１分で明細処理が出来るのだ。現在、国内企業は１８０万社。うち約１０７万社が従業員０～４人の零細だ。実際、税理士はどうなるのか？
「壊滅的被害を受けるのは間違いありません。現状でも税理士は、同じくすっかり食えなくなった公認会計士からの転身組に仕事を取られ、顧問契約料もダンピング傾向だし、さらに法人数の減少という３重苦。これまでの会計ソフトには『素人には扱えませんよ』の一言で対抗してきましたが、もうそうも言えない。アメリカでは、すでに会計ソフトの台頭で公認会計士（CPA）が大量に失業したと聞いています。日本も同じことになるでしょうね」（前出の税理士）

ＴＰＰ導入をキッカケに、外国の税理士が日本に進出する可能性もあり、それも悩みの種になっている。
日本で税理士といえば、弁護士や医師に次ぐ特権階級。税務署に２３年以上勤めた役人の“天下り資格”でもある。
日本税理士会連合会が０４年に行った調査によると、税理士の２８・３％は年収１０００万円以上。開業税理士となると、平均２７００万円なのだ。
