きょうは北海道から沖縄までぜんぶ雨。
近畿・東海・関東地方は昼前後から、断続的に激しい横なぐりの雨で、
うちなぞは窓ガラスが洗われ すっかりキレイになってしまった！

One of the final releases on the Laurie Records subsidiary label, Rust Records. The In-Between Set featuring the voice of Ken Karey tackles the Ronettes hit,’Walking In The Rain’ backed with the Mary Wells hit,’The One Who Really Loves You’. Also recorded by Jay & The Americans, Walker Brothers, Reparata & The Delrons, and the Partridge Family, the In-Between Set version produced and arranged by James Butler （aka Jimmy Peterson）, fits nicely in the musical category of soft pop/sunshine pop.

Love this! Artie’s Musicraft version with the 15-piece string section was an interesting departure from his famous 1938 Bluebird arrangement of “Beguine” and was one of the sides from the Musicraft 78 album of Cole Porter standards featured in the song score of the （largely fictional） Warner Brothers musical Porter biopic “Night And Day.”
