　自民党の石原宏高衆院議員（４８）＝東京３区＝に、昨年末の衆院選での公職選挙法違反疑惑が浮上した。支援企業の丸抱えで運動員の派遣を受けていたというもの。法律の専門家は「公選法違反の可能性がある。選対幹部の有罪が確定すれば、石原氏は当選無効となりかねない」と指摘している。
　石原氏の選挙を支援していたのは大手遊技機メーカー「ユニバーサルエンターテインメント」（ＵＥ社）。
　ＵＥ社などによると、石原氏側に派遣したのは３人で、１２月１６日の投開票日までの約１カ月間、選挙運動の手伝いをしたという。期間中、３人は有給休暇を取得していたとしているが、朝日新聞（１４日朝刊）は、同社は給与のほかに選挙運動で遅くなったときの宿泊代や交通費、食事代なども負担した－と報じた。

　ＵＥ社はフィリピンでカジノリゾート建設を計画。石原議員は日本国内でのカジノ容認を政策として表明している。今月１日には、石原氏とＵＥ社役員、応援に出た社員３人が、東京・銀座の料亭で会食し、その様子が一部週刊誌で写真付きで報じられた。
　今回の疑惑に対し、ＵＥ社は「社員が希望して選挙を手伝った。会社が強制した事実はない」とコメント。

国会議員は国全体の利益のために働くべきで、特定の支持団体の利害のために動くのは議員失格どころか国民への裏切り行為だ。

　警察庁は１４日、全国の警察が昨年１年間に認知したストーカー被害は１万９９２０件（前年比５３０２件増）、ドメスティックバイオレンス（ＤＶ）は４万３９５０件（同９６２１件増）で、ともに過去最多だったと発表した。ＤＶは初めて４万件を超えた。同種事件が相次ぎ、警察が被害届の提出を促していることが背景にあるとみられる。
　ストーカーの被害者は女性が１万７４０２人、男性が２５１８人で、２０代が最多。加害者との関係は「交際中または元交際相手」が１万４５８人で全体の半数以上を占めた。
　加害者の動機は「好意」が１万３３９７件、「好意が満たされない怨恨（えんこん）」が４９０６件など。複数計上でストーカー行為を分類すると「つきまとい・待ち伏せ」と「面会・交際の要求」がともに１万件超、「無言または連続電話」が５５１０件、「乱暴な言動」が４３９１件。ストーカー規制法に基づく警告は２２８４件（前年比９９６件増）だった。

これってたぶん、宗教・思想・外国勢力関連のストーカーは含まれてないんだよね。
国政に巣食う２大カルトは別格で、自治体レベルを組織票と金力で籠絡する団体は数知れず。
警察・検察・裁判所・自衛隊・各省庁・大マスコミ・出版取次等には、この半世紀、多数の「草」が送り込まれてきたし、職権やコネクションを不当に行使している。
樹木希林さんではないけれど、日本は全身 がんに侵されてるような塩梅だ。
自由は尊いけれども、必ず悪用される。
人間はそんな立派なもんじゃないんだよ。

　ミシェル・オバマ米大統領夫人やバイデン副大統領、モラー連邦捜査局（ＦＢＩ）長官や歌手のビヨンセら、米国の政官界から芸能界までの著名人の個人情報がロシアのインターネット上に流出し、ＦＢＩなどが１２日までに捜査を始めた。ＵＳＡトゥデー紙（電子版）などが報じた。
　米国のセレブの（丸秘）情報がダダ漏れだ。流出したのは自宅住所やクレジットカードの支払い履歴などの信用情報や社会保障番号など多岐にわたり、情報の内容は人によって異なっている。ただ、情報が正しいかどうかは確認されていない。
　ほかに情報流出が確認された著名人には、ヒラリー・クリントン前国務長官、ホルダー司法長官、シュワルツェネッガー前カリフォルニア州知事ら政官界の大物や、不動産王として知られるドナルド・トランプ氏、ブリトニー・スピアーズ、パリス・ヒルトンら有名芸能人など。オバマ大統領は米ＡＢＣテレビのインタビューで「大問題だ」と懸念を表明した。

それが可能ならセキュリティなど無いに等しいではないか。

こういうまともなジャーナリストがまだいたとは驚きだな。
まともな人は弾き出されてしまうことになってるんだが・・・

　みどりの風は１３日、国会内で行った記者会見にＮＨＫ記者が出席することを拒否した。ＮＨＫ番組「日曜討論」の与野党幹部がそろう週に、同党に出演要請がないことへの抗議だという。亀井亜紀子幹事長は「（ＮＨＫ側は）予算の説明には来るのに、日曜討論になると政党じゃないという扱いは一体なんなのか」と不満をぶちまけた。ＮＨＫ広報局は「出演政党は国政選挙の結果などを踏まえ、総合的に判断している」と話している。

　公職選挙法上、私達は５人以上の国会議員がいるので政党なのですが、ＮＨＫがどうしても認めようとせず、もう一つの政党要件である選挙においての得票率２％も満たさないと「日曜討論」には出さないと主張しています。この理屈では、まだ選挙に参加していない新しい政党は公共放送が取り上げないということになります。公職選挙法上は５人以上の議員または２％の得票率のどちらかを満たしていれば政党であり、両方ではありません。民間放送ではなく国民の税金を使った公共放送が、公職選挙法とは異なる独自の基準を用いて政党を選りすぐることが、果たして編成権の範囲なのか大いに疑問です。編成権の範囲だと言い張ったのは日曜討論のチーフプロデューサーであり、文書で回答を求めたところ、３月１日（金）付で報道局政経・国際番組部長の馬場弘道氏より以下の回答があったので公表致します。

　もちろん私達としては到底理解できるものではありません。ＮＨＫは先日、ＮＨＫ予算について各党に説明したい、「みどりの風」にも説明したいと時間を要求し、説明にやってきました。自分達の都合によって政党扱いしたりしなかったり非常に独善的であり、国が付けた予算にふさわしい組織だとはとても思えません。今後の予算委員会で追及すべく、現在質問材料を集めております。冷戦は当分続きそうです。

反原発、反ＴＰＰ、消費増税凍結の政党は他にもあるので、出演を拒否し発言の機会を奪う理由はやはり権威主義だろう。

Talk about obscure, with only three known singles all issued in 1958 on this small record company, this disc featuring the smooth velvety voice of Hawaiian born, Jimmy Borges is the last of the three. ‘Walking With My Shadow’ was composed by Rene LeMarre, Ron Badger and Chick Morris and more than likely, the three were involved with the workings of the short lived, Ad Records operation. Backed by a musical’quintet’ led by then 44 year old guitarist, Nick Esposito, Jimmy who is given label credit as “Jimmie”, is quite at home with the somewhat jazz/vocal/pop arrangement. This recording project has Jimmy’s voice on the A-side with only the quintet on the B-side entitled,’Two Hearts In Love’. Borges issued a couple of singles on Shelley Feinberg’s Dymo Records in 1963 and 1964, with some amazing talent on the tracks that the sessions included over 20 of L.A.’s’Wrecking Crew’, background singers and Perry Botkin, Jr. writing out the arrangements. Although the two singles did not chart,’The Earth Stood Still’ （Dymo 4264） is a big production, L.A. pop masterpiece at its absolute finest. A few recordings appeared by Jimmy in the 1970s and sporadic releases thereafter. As an actor, Jimmy Borges appeared in several television episodes of,’Hawaii Five-0′,’Magnim P.I.’,’Charlie’s Angles’ and a few’Movies of the Week’, but singing and performing for live audiences was where he was at home. The American songbook and sharing the stage fronting an orchestra or big band was Jimmy’s forte.

Recorded at London’s Pye Studios in October 1965, this is the plug side of the third of the four solo singles that 14 year old Tammy St. John （born Judith Coster） would record for Pye Records in the United Kingdom. The Spectorian,’Wall Of Sound’ production was lavishly and dramatically arranged by Johnny Harris with the final mix down clocking in at three and a half minutes in duration. The track lilts, and churns along with building tension and intstrumentation, and then unexpectedly settles into a quiet passage only to build to another crescendo with Tammy really giving a marvelous vocal performance at such a young age. Presented here is the U.S.A issued version of which the song had forty-five seconds shaved from it by raising the pitch about a half step along with trimming the intro as well as the fade. In comparison to the original U.K. version, it still holds up and is impressive but once hearing the track with its intended power and grandeur, it is somewhat of a disappointment that the American release was altered. While Tammy had the debut version of’Dark Shadows And Empty Hallways’, there were three other U.S.A. versions that followed in the 1960’s. Diane And Annita for Wand Records in November 1965, The Mitchell Trio on Mercury in June 1966 and lastly, Rosie Lopez on Pulsar in February 1969.
After a three year break, Tammy recording one final single in the U.K. in 1969 and left the music biz behind her.

神奈川県逗子市で昨年１１月、女性が元交際相手の男に刺殺された事件は、典型的なケースだった。県警によると、事件後に自殺した男はフェイスブックの写真や書き込みから住まいを特定しようとしたほか、女性の生活ぶりを探っていた。
　神奈川県では昨年１年間で認知したストーカー被害が７８２件となり、統計を取り始めて以降、最多を記録。このうちネットを悪用したのは６０件で、ＳＮＳが絡む被害が増えている。
　「フェイスブックが危ない」の著者で、ＳＮＳのリスクに詳しい日本ＩＢＭの守屋英一氏は「新しい交流サイトに飛びつかず、利用目的をきちんと考えることが大事」と強調する。
　被害を避けるためには（１）最低限のプロフィル入力（２）公開設定を確認する（３）自宅を特定されるような地名や習慣的に行くような場所は載せない（４）過去の投稿は一定期間で非公開にする―などを挙げる。守屋さんは「被害に遭ったら、ためらわず警察に相談すべきだ」と話す。
