小野寺防衛相は５日夜、東シナ海で１月３０日、警戒監視中の海上自衛隊の護衛艦に対し、中国海軍艦艇が射撃の目標をとらえる火器管制用のレーダー照射をしたと発表した。
同月１９日にも、東シナ海で中国海軍艦艇が、海上自衛隊艦艇の搭載ヘリにレーダーを照射した疑いがあるとした。いずれも公海上での照射という。日本政府は外交ルートを通じ、中国に抗議した。中国側が軍事衝突につながりかねない行動に踏み切ったことで、日中関係の緊張がさらに高まるのは必至だ。
他国の艦船などに射撃用のレーダーを照射することは「明確な威嚇行為」（防衛省幹部）で、実際の攻撃に準じる危険な行為だ。
防衛省によると、１月３０日午前１０時頃、東シナ海の公海上で海自第７護衛隊の護衛艦「ゆうだち」が航行中に、中国海軍のフリゲート艦「ジャンウェイ２級」からレーダー照射を受けた。護衛艦のデータを分析した結果、中国の火器管制用レーダーと判明した。照射は数分間続き、護衛艦は進路変更などの回避行動を取った。距離は約３キロ離れていた。中国艦艇から事前の警告などはなかったという。
一般的には、照射から２秒程度あれば、発射が可能という。

ニュースでは民族主義的突き上げが軍に向けられていると解説しているが、事実は逆で、建国当初から中共と人民解放軍が日本への敵意を煽りに煽って、マインドコントロールしてきた。
１００％の事実であるならいざしらず、針小棒大にフレームアップしたり、架空の物語を作ったり、事実に嘘を混ぜたりする実に悪質なプロパガンダで、つまりは政治的な道具でしかない。
その中共のマインドコントロールに手を貸している勢力が日本にウジャウジャいて、さらに話をややこしくしている。
戦前の日本が中国で悪いことをしたのは事実。では今の中共は正しいのかというと当時の日本と変わりがないほど悪いことをしているわけで、どうも日本の悪いところばかり真似してるように思えるのだ。

３度目の核実験強行が確実視される北朝鮮当局が、宇宙旅行をテーマにしたＣＧ動画をユーチューブに公開した。
動画は、写真家が宇宙旅行をしながら地球を眺めるという内容で、人工衛星と称する事実上の弾道ミサイルの打ち上げを「平和目的」だとして正当化する狙いがあるとみられる。だが、動画の内容には米国の都市が焼き尽くされる様子も含まれており、これまでになく挑発的だ。

動画は、北朝鮮の祖国平和統一委員会が運営するウェブサイト「我が民族同士」を名乗るアカウントが２０１３年２月２日にユーチューブにアップロードした。「『銀河（ウンハ）９号』に乗って」というタイトルで、長さは３分３６秒。全編にわたって、１９８５年に米国で発売された「ウィー・アー・ザ・ワールド（We Are The World）」のピアノ演奏がBGMとして流れており、朝鮮中央テレビで流れるような勇ましいプロパガンダ映画とはほど遠い。
だが、内容はかなり挑発的だ。北朝鮮の写真家とみられる男性が、キヤノン製の一眼レフカメラを手に、ロケット「銀河９号」で打ち上げられた有人宇宙船「光明星（クァンミョンソン）２１号」に乗って宇宙旅行を楽しむ夢を見る、という内容だ。

これは私もこのブログで何度か書いてきたことですね。
いろんな理由で、それが伝統であると思い込ませる必要があるわけで、何事も鵜呑みにしないことです。
ここからは私の勝手な妄想だが、やはり若いころに不特定多数の女性と交わるのは、がんや白血病や免疫不全の原因になるように思えてならない
ウィルスというのは、少なくともDNAを変質させる
どんな危険があるのかわかっていないウィルスが多いがHPV,HCVをはじめ、明らかにガンの原因になるものは多数見つかっている
大奥のように生娘を集めていても親から垂直感染を受けるということはあり得るだろうが、やはりリスクは少ない
しかし、今のご時世は、不特定多数はかなり危険だということだろう

私の知人に句読点を気分で使ったり省いたりする人がいる。血液型はＢ型。それかあらぬかマイペースで気分屋で自分流。私としては他人の流儀をとやかくいうつもりはないが、統一したほうが使用・不使用の効果が出るのではないかと思う。
上に引用した方は読点（、）は使うが句点（。）は使わない表記で統一なさってるご様子。
ちなみに昨年末ブレイクした女芸人キンタローの正式表記は キンタロー。だそうだ。
日本語の縦書き文書では文の終わりにもっぱら読点（、）が用いられるのに対し、横書き文書では読点とコンマの両方が用いられる。現状では読点の方が若干多いように思われる。しかし、旧文部省が「公用文作成の要領」においてコンマの方が横書きでは正しいとしたが、旧自治省が「左横書き文書の作成要領」において読点を使用することが正しいとしたため、実質上どちらも正しいとされる。

論文以外でも、日本語文なのに句読点の代わりにコンマ・ピリオドを使う人は昔からいた。
仮名交じり文では小さなコンマ・ピリオドは埋没して分かりにくく、読みにくいのではないか？
老眼が進んだここ数年は特にそう感じる。

period（ピリオド）というとある時代、期間、エポックの意味で使われる方が多そうだ。
終止符を打つ、筆を擱く、終わりにする、最後のみたいな場合は dot the period という言葉が相応しい。この dot は点を打つという動詞。
ニューヨークのブルックリンで結成された人気アンダーグラウンドヒップホップグループに Point Dot Period（PDP）という人たちがいるそうだ。
point dot period は口語的用法だろうか。「最後まで気を抜くな」「有終の美を飾ろう」「家へ帰るまでが遠足」みたいな含み？

発達した低気圧と寒気の影響で６日、関東地方をはじめとした太平洋側では広い範囲で雪となった。しかし降雪量は軒並み少なく、気象庁が予報していた「大雪」には遠く及ばない結果に。同庁は首都圏が大雪に見舞われた１月１４日も「雪が積もる可能性は少ない」として予報を外した前例があっただけに、担当者は「国民のみなさまに迷惑をかけた」としている。
気象庁は５日夕の段階で、東北から西日本にかけて広い範囲で大雪になると発表。東京２３区でも１０センチの雪が降ると予報した。
これは、南海上を発達しながら東へ進む「南岸低気圧」と寒気が接近。大雪をもたらした１月１４日に似た気圧配置となったからだ。
しかし、都内で６日早朝から降り始めた雪は、想定以下で降りやんだ。各地の積雪計で観測した雪の深さを２４時間分合計した「２４時間降雪量」は６日夕段階で、太平洋側の多くの地域で“ゼロ”だった。

北朝鮮の３度目の核実験で揺れるなか、中国人民解放軍のミサイル戦略部隊「第二砲兵部隊（第二砲兵）」に不穏な動きが出ているというのだ。
中国軍の動静をウオッチし続ける外交筋が「中国共産党幹部からの情報」としてこう明かす。
「最近、軍部内で（中国）国内の原子力発電所の警備に関する予算が付いた。それを受け、『第二砲兵』を中心とする対空ミサイル部隊の配置が急ピッチで進んでいる」
アジア全域でエネルギー産業の調査を手がけるテピア総合研究所によると、中国で稼働する原子炉は１５基（昨年末時点）。これに加え、建設途中の原子炉３０基の周囲に「地対空ミサイルを積載した移動式車両を配備している」（外交筋）という。
この動きは何を意味するのか。軍事ジャーナリストの世良光弘氏は「日本などから飛んでくるミサイルを迎撃するための措置で、逆に言うと、中国軍が同じ計画を持っていることの証しだ。日本の原発を弾道ミサイルで攻撃することを視野に入れた上での動きだろう」と解説する。

オバマ前大統領は２０日、トランプ氏の就任式が終了した後、妻のミシェルさんとともに、ヘリコプターで近くのアンドルーズ空軍基地に移動した。自身を支えてきたスタッフを「これはピリオドではない。続いていく、米国を建設する物語におけるコンマだ」と激励した後、空軍の飛行機で休暇先のカリフォルニア州へと向かった。
