政教一致のイスラム国家で、欧米の音楽は公の場での演奏が禁じられています。それでも水面下で活動を続けるロックミュージシャンたちを取材しました。
アルディ・アンザビプール。イランではベテランのロック・ミュージシャンです。イランの公用語のペルシャ語ではなく、英語で歌います
「国内で歌うことが許可されないのに、ペルシャ語の曲を作ったり、歌ったりする必要はないだろう？」（アルディ・アンザビプールさん）
政教一致のイスラム国家・イランでは、ロックは『欧米文化の象徴』と見なされ、公の場での演奏が許可されるのは非常にまれです。１０代のころ、イギリスのロックバンド『ピンク・フロイド』を聞いてロックにハマり、文化統制をかいくぐってテープやレコードを手に入れつつ、バンド活動を続けてきました。
例えば、これは、『自らが講師を務める音楽学校の発表会』という名目でのライブです。しかし、中には、こうした形での演奏すら難しいジャンルがあります。ヘヴィ・メタルです。
当局から、『欧米的』というだけでなく、『悪魔的』だとみなされることもあるというヘヴィ・メタルは、公の場で演奏される機会はほとんどありません。
我々は、ヘヴィ・メタル・バンドのメンバーを訪ねてみました。

あとはカルト的ファシズム国家の「ロックは欧米文化の象徴」という偏見・思い込みだけ。

公演先でのこと、仕事が深夜に及んだため近くのコンビニに行ってお弁当や酒、タバコなどを買ったところ、レジの若い店員の女性に「年齢確認お願いします」といわれた。タッチパネルに表示された「２０歳以上ですか？」の 「ＹＥＳ」か「ＮＯ」かを押すように促された 梅沢さんは、「本気なのか？」と驚いたが、店員は押してくださいと続けたため、怒りが込み上げてきた。店長らしき人も登場してちょっとした騒ぎになった。
梅沢さんは番組で机をバンと叩き、「オレが１９に見えるわけねぇだろ！ ６０過ぎているジジィを捉まえて、押せとはなんだコラ！！！」と激怒した。

私も最初は面食らいましたが、法的な手続きとしては致し方ない。
外国では身分証明書の提示が求められますし、見た目が若い日本人が酒場への入店を断られることもしばしばです。
自己申告でＯＫの日本は国際的には甘すぎでしょう。

自民の次に向かったのは公明党。公明とは地方での選挙協力関係が進んでおり、終始和やかな雰囲気だった。民主党はその次だった。野田首相の姿はなく、輿石東幹事長らが迎えたが、カメラの前でもっぱら話しかけたのは安住淳幹事長代行だった。両党の微妙な雰囲気をうかがわせるように、政党本部を東京ではなく大阪に置くことに関連し、「国会というのは毎日毎日ものすごい量の問題を処理しないといけないから、それは大変だよね」などとけん制球を投げていた。
最近また連携の可能性が浮上しているみんなの党では、渡辺喜美代表が「ご苦労のほどはよくわかります」とねぎらいの言葉をかけ、共通の政策作りに向けた協議を始めることを確認した。
こうしたあいさつ回りから何が見えてきたのか。政治アナリストの伊藤惇夫は、やはり訪問の順番にポイントがあるという。「政権与党の前に、自民、公明と会っている。新政権を組む場合どこと組むか。いちばん近いのが自民、次に近いのが公明ということが見えてきたと言えるかもしれません」
