すでに、管理実態と資金の流れは、かなりの部分で解明できている。「２ちゃんねる」の広告収入の一部が、西村氏が役員を務めるソフト開発会社の未来検索ブラジルに流れていることを特定、１００人以上いる「削除人」のうち幹部十数名は報酬を受けていることも判明した。「資金」と「指揮系統」を特定することで、事実上の管理人を突き止めようと捜査当局は考えている。
ただ、いずれにせよ今回の容疑が麻薬特例法違反であり、削除要請の放置を西村氏が指示したかどうかの立証は難しい。

国民生活に密接という意味で消費者庁、コンテンツ産業で経済産業省、通信で総務省、風営法の範疇で警察庁となる。しかし、業界が新しいだけに、「業界団体を作らせて、そこに天下りを送り込んで監視する」というスタイルになっていない。そこに、目をつけたのが警察庁である。
警察官僚からみれば、子供の巨額課金利用、ゲーム代を稼ぐための援助交際などの問題も起きているソーシャルメディア業界は、風営法で抱え込んだパチンコ・パチスロ業界と同じ発想で取り組める業界だと思える。
さらにはＦＸ（外国為替証拠金取引）業界もそうだ。金融商品取引法で規制を受けているという意味で監督官庁は金融庁だが、ＡＶ業者などがＦＸ業界に進出しており、やはり警察が”進出”の機会をうかがっている。
「秩序なき自由」がネットの面白味だが、時間を経ると官僚が蠢き、秩序を自分たちの権限で打ち立て、そこを「業界化」する。今、ネットの世界はそのターゲットになっている。

問題とされている書き込みは、いわゆる符丁・記号で、それだけ見ても一般人は何のことだか分からないのだ。
普通の言葉で売買情報を掲載すれば「違法」とすぐに分かるし断定もできるが、符丁や記号だと、もうイタチごっこで限りがない。チェックする側が最新の符丁・記号の意味を正確に知っていないといけないわけで、これは警察でさえ難しい。
食品の放射性物質検査をめぐって、農林水産省は２０日、スーパーや食品メーカー、外食産業などの業界団体（２７０団体）に対し、国が設けた放射性物質の基準を守るよう求める通知を出した。国よりも厳しい独自基準を設けて自主検査を実施し、「『放射性物質不検出』の食品しか売りません」などとする動きに歯止めをかけるのが狙いという。
国は４月から、それまでの暫定基準を改め、新基準（一般食品の放射性セシウムは１キロあたり１００ベクレル、牛乳と乳児用食品は５０ベクレル、飲料水１０ベクレル）を施行した。
通知は同省食料産業局長名で出され、民間に広がる自主検査に対する注意喚起の形をとっている。通知は、この新基準が国際的な指標と比べても、さらに厳しい設定であることを強調。「過剰な規制と消費段階での混乱を避けるため、自主検査においても食品衛生法の基準値に基づいて判断するよう周知をお願いします」と記している。

食品中の放射性セシウムに関し、政府が今月１日から導入した新規制値のことだ。各地で農水産物の出荷停止が相次いでいる。
厚生労働省の集計によれば、タケノコ、ウナギなど新規制値を超過した農水産物は、すでに１５０件を超えた。
生産地では、風評被害を助長すると、心配する声が出ている。政府が引き起こした混乱だ。沈静化に全力を挙げねばならない。

楽天は４月２０日、中国でBaiduとの提携で展開していたショッピングモール事業を５月末で終了すると発表した。
２０１０年１０月から「楽酷天」（Lekutian）の名称でサービスを展開してきたが、中国国内でのＥＣ事業への投資熱が高まり、競争が激化したことから計画を下回って推移していたという。「現状では抜本的に改善させることが困難」として終了を決めた。
中国内のＥＣ事業環境が安定した後、引き続き事業機会を模索するとしている。トラベル事業やシステム開発事業など、中国内でのほかの事業・業務は継続する。

iPadの商標をめぐるトラブル後も、「エルメス」などで同様の問題を起こしている中国の「名前泥棒」。実はこの問題の最大の被害者は同じ漢字文化圏である日本である。中国商標局のHPを検索すると、続々と「日本のもの」の商標出願が見つかった。
高島屋は8月末、上海での出店を予定しているが、この3月、「高島屋」（“島”は実際は簡体字表記。以下同）という名称がすでに中国で商標登録の出願がなされていることがわかった、と新聞報道された。高島屋は中国商標局に異議申し立てを行なったが、却下され、再度審議を申し込んでいる。もし「高島屋」という名称が中国で使えなければ営業や宣伝の活動に大きな支障が出る。
東京スカイツリーも中国で登録されている商標の影響を受けた。通常「スカイツリー」の中国語は「天空樹」だが、その言葉はすでに登録されていた。公式HPや、つい先頃改名された最寄り駅での中国語表記が「東京晴空塔」となったのはこうした事情があったからだ。
