横浜市港北区で昨年末、救急車が市消防局消防司令センターの誤った指示で同姓の別人宅に向かい、体調不良で通報した６０代男性宅に着くのが約３０分遅れていたことが８日、分かった。救急隊員の到着時に男性は心肺停止状態で、搬送先の病院で死亡が確認された。市消防局は「（死亡との）因果関係を調査中」としている。
昨年１２月１７日午後、男性から「心臓の具合が悪い」と１１９番があった。司令センター担当者は、男性の姓と住所を確認したが、２軒隣にある同姓の別人宅を「出動先」としてシステムに誤って入力したという。

（※兵庫）県警は２８日、２件のストーカー規制法違反事件の各容疑者を逮捕した際、逮捕状に被害者の住所や氏名は書かず、顔写真を添付する方法で本人確認をして執行した、と発表した。神奈川県逗子市で１１月、デザイナー三好梨絵さん（３３）が殺害された事件では、地元の逗子署が昨年６月、逮捕状に記載された三好さんの住所や現姓を元交際相手の容疑者に読み上げたことが問題となっていた。警察庁によると、ストーカー事件での同様の対応は初めてとみられる。
発表によると、２人は、１１月に飲食店員の１０代の女性の顔を殴ったとされる住所不定、運転手大脇勉容疑者（６０）（暴行罪で略式起訴）と、４０代の会社員女性につきまとったとされる姫路市的形町、アルバイト従業員米沢知男被告（３０）（ストーカー規制法違反で起訴）。いずれも今月中旬に同法違反容疑などで逮捕された。
