そろそろ日本酒が旨い季節なんですが、なんだか飲みたい気分になれない……
世の中的にも釈然としないことばかりで、本来なら爽やかな季節であるべきなのに、なにかこうスッキリしないんです。
朝から秋晴れの東京地方も１５時くらいから雨催い。天気予報によると明日は雨だそうですよ。

独立行政法人（独法）への補助金削減が、日本酒業界に思わぬ波紋を広げている。財務省の独法が主催する最高峰の日本酒コンテスト「全国新酒鑑評会」の予算が減り、業界団体との共催に。そのあおりで鑑評会から締め出された団体外の酒造会社が、訴訟を起こす事態に発展している。
提訴したのは、「銀嶺立山」の蔵元、立山酒造（富山県砺波市）と、「日本城」の吉村秀雄商店（和歌山県岩出市）。鑑評会を共催する独法「酒類総合研究所」を相手取り、２００９、１０年の鑑評会への出品を認めない措置の無効確認などを求め、２４日までに大阪地裁に訴えた。
鑑評会の最高賞の金賞は日本酒業界で最も権威があるとされる。提訴した２社は０８年までに各１０個以上の金賞を受賞したが、０９年からは業界団体に非加盟であることを理由に参加できなくなった。
