子ども同士のけんかが原因で、相手の母親（３２）に生卵を投げ付けたとして、兵庫県警姫路署は２２日、暴行容疑で、姫路市西庄の主婦（４９）を現行犯逮捕した。逮捕容疑は２２日午前７時４０分ごろ、自宅付近の駐輪場で自転車のかごに入れていたパックから生卵計８個を取り出し女性に投げ付けた疑い。
姫路署によると、２人は顔見知り。５月中旬に子ども同士がけんかをし、相手の母親がその後謝罪したが、容疑者は「謝り方が気に入らなかった」などと供述。容疑を認めているという。

神奈川県大井町の東名高速道路を走行中の車に生卵を投げつけ、車の屋根を壊したとして、県警松田署は１０日、器物損壊と暴力行為等処罰法違反容疑で同県秦野市の会社員（２１）と、弟の高校３年の少年（１８）を逮捕した。仲間の少年２人も書類送検する方針。弟の少年は「ふざけて生卵をぶつけた」と容疑を認めている。
逮捕容疑は９月２０日午後１０時ごろ、大井町赤田の東名高速上り線にかかる陸橋の上から、走行する車に対して生卵を投げつけ、車１台の屋根を傷つけたとしている。
投げつけた生卵は約３００個とみられ、車体がへこんだり、フロントガラスが割れた車は４１台にのぼるという。
