Issued on Tony Savonne’s Silver Streak Records, today original copies are virtually non existent. When and if they appear for sale, a fat wad of cash is required to exchange hands with one.

Phil Spector had first recorded this song in 1963 with Darlene Love （unreleased at the time） and again in early 1964 with The Ronettes （not issued on LP until November of the year）, so this early hit for the bright new Red Bird label was the version that we all heard first.
