歓声、悲鳴、拍手、ブーイング、笑い声、雄叫び、グラスの割れる音……。サッカー祖国代表チームの試合を観戦する飲食店に響く音は、どこでも似たものかもしれないが、インドネシアではひとつひとつの感情表現がよりストレートに伝わってくる。

むかしの日本人は我を忘れるようなレベルででもない限り、あまり感情を表に出すことはありませんでした。
怒りをむき出しにするのは下品であり、喜びを顕わにするのは子どもじみている、という感覚が一般的にありましたね。
おそらくそれは、同一文化を共有する者が狭い国土に犇めいてるため、眉根をちょいと寄せるだけでも相手に感情の機微、心の動きが伝わってしまうということ、あるいは人間関係をしくじりたくないという気持ちが強かったことなどが、影響してるんじゃないでしょうか。

日本人の感情表現で、表情以外に、何か身体的な動きを伴うものを考えてみたんですが、

悔しがったり怒ったりして、激しく地を踏む。「―――んで悔しがる」

【膝を打つ】
ひざをうつ
急に思いついたときや感心したときの動作にいう。ひざをたたく。「うまい、と思わず――」

くらいしか思い浮かびません。

「拍手」というのは明治以降でしょうし、「柏手（拍手）を打つ」のは神道の礼拝作法で、感情の表出ではない。
「舌鼓をうつ」「小躍りする」「肩をいからす」「足が地につかない」「頭から湯気をたてる」「眉に唾をつける」「鼻を鳴らす」「顎をだす」「胸に手をおく」「掌をかえす」「腸（はえわた）が煮えくり返る」「腹の皮をよじる」「身を焦がす」「膝が笑う」「脛をかじる」「臍（ほぞ）を噬（か）む」のは比喩ですし、
せいぜい落胆して「肩をおとす」とか喧嘩するときに（和服なら）「尻をまくる」くらいですか。

Not to be confused with either the jazz tenor saxophonist or’Mister Piano’ Joe Henderson, singer Joe Henderson climbed to #2 R&B and #8’pop’ with this Brook Benton-flavored performance. He died just two years later at the age of 27.

Kitty Noble – I’ll Be Yours（1962/05）

Born Katherine Killingsworth in Youngstown, Ohio in 1924, this American composer/songstress is documented as having sang with Artie Suggs’ dance band and eventually managed to crank out a handful of singles in her musical career both as a soloist as well as a duo with Mickey Baker as Mickey & Kitty. Atlantic Records issued three Mickey & Kitty singles in 1959 while her known solo discs were released first in 1954 on Herald Records and later in 1962 on the Colpix Records subsidiary label, May Records.
The A-side of the first of two May singles was a finger-snapping cover of the 1937 Italian song,’Tornerai”‘ by Dino Di Luca, adapted in French as’J’Attendrai’ as early as 1938, and in English as’I’ll Be Yours’ （first version in 1945 by Hildegarde）. By 1965, Miss Noble’s professional name had changed to Kitty Woodlen and she is also known as Catherine Hendricks. Beyond the mid 1960’s, unfortunately no other information is readily found regarding her singing and performing.

「ツイッター」で、自身が起こした犯罪報告が相次いでいるが、今度は「ニコニコ動画」に歌をアップしている男性が「国家試験でカンニングをした」との報告や、看護学生と思われる女性が無免許運転をした、と報告しネットが大騒ぎになっている。
　こういう場合は、ネット上で犯罪を行った人物が特定され、就職先や学校、警察に「電凸」騒動になるのだが、今回は今一つ盛り上がらない。「バカが多すぎて騒ぐのが面倒になってきた」と掲示板に書き込む人が増えている。

学校の勉強がいくら出来てもこれじゃぁ先が思いやられます。

Two versions of “Confess” reached the top-20 sales chart during the summer of ’48. One was Patti Page’s （also posted） debut hit with its groundbreaking multi-tracked vocal. And this duet marked Doris Day’s first time on the best-seller listings after leaving the Les Brown band to perform as a single. It was released on the flipside of Doris and Buddy’s “Love Somebody” and entered the national chart rankings less than a month prior to her breakthrough solo hit “It’s Magic.”

Patti Page – Confess（1948）
with the George Barnes Trio

Conceived as a duet （see the Doris Day-Buddy Clark version）, the song “Confess” was assigned to Mercury newcomer Patti Page. With no singing partner available for the session, Patti recorded both vocal parts, resulting in the first such multi-voice-tracked commercial hit （Les Paul was already doing his guitar overdubs, but the multi-voiced Les & Mary creations were yet to come）.

７月３１日（日）夜７時よりＢＳ１スペシャル「幸せなら手をたたこう～名曲誕生の知られざる物語～」が放送される。番組では、坂本九が歌った名曲「幸せなら手をたたこう」の誕生秘話を、ドキュメントパートとドラマパートで紹介。ドラマパートでは、溝端淳平が主人公である歌の作詞者・木村利人を演じる。
「幸せなら手をたたこう」は、約半世紀前の’６４年、東京オリンピックが開催された年に坂本九が歌って大ヒットした名曲。親しみやすいメロディーと歌詞で人気を集め、今なお歌い継がれている。
しかしこの曲が誰によって作られ、どういう経緯で坂本が歌うに至ったのか、あまり知られてはいない。
実は歌を作ったのは、当時無名だった２５歳の大学院生。ボランティアとしてフィリピンを訪れ、そこである出来事を経験したことが、この歌が生まれるきっかけになっているという。
日本が高度経済成長期に差し掛かり、「もはや戦後ではない」が流行語となっていた頃。まだ戦争の傷跡が残るフィリピンの農村を目の当たりにし、「幸せなら手をたたこう」と詞を付けた木村利人の思いとは。
そして木村と坂本九の偶然の出会いが、やがて同曲を日本中に広めることにつながっていく。またドラマパートでは、坂本九を金井勇太が演じる他、関口アナム、クリステル・チアリも出演する。
