兵庫県尼崎市などの連続変死事件で、県警尼崎東署捜査本部は７日、遠縁の男性の遺体をドラム缶に詰め岡山県の海に捨てたとして、死体遺棄容疑で角田美代子容疑者（６４）＝傷害致死罪などで起訴＝ら５人を逮捕した。他に３人の逮捕状を取っており、同日中に逮捕する。
調べに対し、同容疑者は「おおむね間違いありませんが、全員が関与しているわけではありません」と自身の関与を認めているという。

しかしマァ良くも悪くも気質・性格がストレートに顕れるタイプは分かりやすい。
オレ自身のツラのことをいえば、鼻唇溝（びしんこう＝法令線）こそ目立たぬが、歳とともに口角が下がりへの字になってきた。
しかも奥歯の具合で左右のバランスが悪く口自体少し斜めになっている。
善悪ではなく美醜のほうの悪相であることは認めざるをえない（苦笑）
せめても貧乏くさく見えぬよう泰然自若を心掛けたいと思う。

東京都立の養護学校の式典で起立せず、君が代を斉唱しなかったとして停職処分を受けた元教員の女性が、都に損害賠償などを求めた訴訟の差し戻し後の控訴審判決で、東京高裁（南敏文裁判長）は７日、３０万円の賠償を都に命じた。
都教委による停職や減給などの懲戒処分が問題になった一連の日の丸・君が代訴訟で、都に賠償を命じた判決は初めて。
判決はまず、停職処分について「思想・良心の自由に影響があり、慎重に検討すべきだった」と都側の過失を認めた。

発売日に気付いたら買っていたiPad miniだが、そのテレビCMが公開されていたので紹介する！使われているBGMはピアニストであり作曲家でもあるHoagy Carmichaelの「Heart and Soul」という、比較的耳馴染みのある曲。僕は昔この曲が好きでよく聴いていたので、それだけで好感度が上がってしまった！
