１０月の第２月曜日に当たる今日は「体育の日」。
元は東京オリンピックの開会式が行われた１０月１０日でしたから、今年はドンピシャ。
原義に適った祝日になりました。
「Google 日本語入力」では「たいくのひ」で「体育の日」が出るんで、なんだか新鮮です。
「体育（たいいく）」は今じゃ事実上「たいく」としか発音されませんからね。

私も当時いろいろやってみたんですがね、逆にぎっくり腰になったり、息切れしのぼせて倒れたり（笑）
まぁ体を鍛えるなんて行為はそもそも体が頑丈な人でないと出来ませんな。
現在は、緩やかなストレッチのみ実践しています。
