　１７日午前１１時３０分頃、北海道大樹（たいき）町の大樹漁協所属のサンマ棒受け網漁船「第６５慶栄丸」＝２９トン、乗組員８人、敬礼（けいれい）寿広船長（５２）＝が根室市納沙布岬の東方沖で音信を絶ったと、根室海上保安部に通報があった。第１管区海上保安本部（小樽市）が捜索を始め、同船とみられる転覆した船を発見したが、乗組員は見つかっていない。

敬礼（けいれい）さんという苗字。
初めて聞いた。

 

ベートーヴェンは、「バッハは小川でなく大海だ」と評した（ドイツ語の “Bach” が文字通りには小川を指すことからくる駄洒落）。
ただし、「小川」を意味する現代ドイツ語（新高地ドイツ語）の “Bach” は音楽家 “Bach” とは元々の語源が違う。
ゲルマン語より古いゴート語にもさかのぼることができる語の “pah” や “pacht” という綴りが語源で、意味は流しの芸人に与える「おひねり」とか「ギャラ」を意味する。英語の “pact” が同じ語源である。バッハの祖先が元々は流しの音楽家をしていたこととも符合する。

　茨城県取手市宮和田にあるＪＲ常磐線の藤代駅から国道６号を西に約２キロ。バイパスと交わる付近の田園地帯は、「小浮気」と書いて「こぶけ」と読む。取手市の大字だ。どのような由来があるのだろうか。
　取手市に合併する前の藤代町が編集した「藤代町史」には、以下のように書かれている。
　「地名の『ふけ』とは、深田とか沼沢地を意味し、後背湿地である」
　湿地だった一帯を、その特色に合わせて「ふけ」と名付けたようだ。同様の由来を持つ地名は、滋賀県守山市の「浮気町（ふけちょう）」にも見ることができる。
　取手市はほぼ全域で利根川と小貝川に囲まれており、地の利を生かして古くから稲作が盛んだった。一方で、幾度となく水害に悩まされてきた歴史を持つ。

大歩危・小歩危（おおぼけこぼけ）は、それぞれ四国の吉野川中流域に位置する渓谷。

小浮気は元は小浮気村で、
１８８９（明治２２）年４月１日、町村制施行に伴い、藤代宿、小浮気村、谷中村、椚木村、宮和田村、宮和田新田が合併し北相馬郡相馬町となり、
１９５５（昭和３０）年２月２１日、さらに六郷村、高須村の大部分、山王村、筑波郡久賀村の一部と合併し、藤代町が発足（相馬町は同日廃止に）。
２００５（平成１７）年３月２８日、藤代町が廃され取手市へ編入されたことにより、住所表示が茨城県北相馬郡藤代町大字小浮気から茨城県北相馬郡取手市小浮気へ変わった。

あのころ志茂田は信濃町信者だったがその後の教義紛争で嫌気が差し離脱したのだった。

ポール聖名子の歌は『どんどん』ではなく『ドンドン』『ドンドン・キッス』『ドンドンが大好き』。でもぜんぜん売れなかった。

　アメリカ人の認識を構成しているウソの山は実に高い。実際それは百階建てツインタワーと同じぐらい高い。カダフィとリビアについての嘘、サダム・フセインの「大量虐殺兵器」、「アサドの化学兵器使用」、タリバン、オサマ・ビンラディン、イエメン、パキスタン、中国、ロシアの侵略、第二次世界大戦、第一次世界大戦、ベトナム戦争、中南米諸国政府の打倒、ウクライナ、米西戦争、等々。
　これら全ての嘘は暴露されたのに、圧倒的多数のアメリカ人に対して事実は隠されたままだ。『民衆のアメリカ史』を書いたハワード・ジンのような歴史学者や、『オリバー・ストーンが語る もうひとつのアメリカ史』で、オリバー・ストーンとピーター・カズニックが、彼らが暮らしている偽りの現実を、アメリカ人に意識させようと試みたが、真実の側のわずかな声は、大規模プロパガンダ機関に、ひたすら圧倒されている。
　アメリカが暗い未来に直面している理由は、支配層エリートの狙いのため、言説が、彼らに支配されているからだ。インターネット以外に独立メディアは存在せず、そうしたメディアも、支配層が資金提供する無数のウェブサイトに圧倒されている。

アメリカでは金看板であるはずの、言論・報道の自由も人種の平等も、実はかなり制限されている。そもそも反米的言辞、批判は許されない。
さらに悪いことにはアメリカ国民の大多数が自由も平等もおおよそパーフェクトに近いと漠然と信じ込んでいることだ。これは幼少時からのアメリカ絶対正義カルトによるマインド・コントロールの結果である。
韓国で幼稚園から反日教育がなされるように、アメリカでは小学校からアメリカへの忠誠、愛国心、優越意識を叩き込まれる。そんな具合だから面妖しくならないはずがないのだよ。

　アメリカでは情報機関も治安機関も戦争に反対する人びとを敵視してきた。CIAのMHケイアスとFBIのCOINTELPROは悪名高い。反戦運動の勢いがアメリカで最もあったのはベトナム戦争のときだろうが、そうした運動はCIAやFBIのターゲットになった。
　ベトナム戦争へアメリカが足を踏み入れたのは朝鮮戦争が休戦になった翌年、１９５４年のこと。その年の１月にNSC（国家安全保障会議）でジョン・フォスター・ダレス国務長官がベトナムにおけるゲリラ戦の準備を提案したのだ。それを受けてCIAはSMM（サイゴン軍事派遣団）を編成した。当時はドワイト・アイゼンハワー政権。
　ジョン・F・ケネディ大統領は１９６３年１０月、アメリカ軍をインドシナから撤退させるためにNSAM（国家安全保障行動覚書）２６３を出すが、その翌月に暗殺された。暗殺の４日後に新大統領のリンドン・ジョンソンはNSAM２７３を出して取り消してしまった。ジョンソンは１９６５年２月に北爆を開始、本格的な軍事介入を始める。

　戦争が泥沼化する中、１９６７年４月４日に公民権運動の指導者として知られるマーチン・ルーサー・キング牧師はニューヨークのリバーサイド教会で「なぜ私はベトナムにおける戦争に反対するのか」という説教を行う。この集まりは「ベトナムを憂慮する牧師と信徒」が主催していたが、主催者の執行委員会が発表した声明の冒頭部分に書かれている「沈黙が背信である時が来ている」という主張にキングは賛意を示している。戦争について沈黙することは信義に反するということだ。
　悲惨な戦争の真実を聞くべき時が来ていると牧師は語り、大半の国民が自分自身を欺いているため、そうした真実は明らかにならないとも指摘した。そうした状態を精神的な奴隷状態とも表現している。
　ところが、ロン・ポール元下院議員によると、キング牧師のリベラル派である顧問たちは牧師に対してベトナム戦争に焦点を当てないよう懇願していたという。キングはそうしたアドバイスを無視したのだ。リバーサイド教会での説教からちょうど１年後の１９６８年４月４日にキング牧師はテネシー州メンフィスのロレイン・モーテルで暗殺された。

　そのころ、アメリカを中心にして盛んになったのが女性解放運動。キリスト教世界に女性差別の歴史があることは確かなようだが、人種差別と同じように、それも支配と被支配の構造的な問題に還元できる。新自由主義（資本主義）における富裕階級と貧困階級の問題も同じ。その根幹には略奪や搾取があり、戦争も引き起こされる。そうした行為を可能にする仕組みが支配システムだ。
　女性解放運動が盛り上がる一方、反戦運動は衰退したが、ここにきて情況に変化の兆しはある。西側の有力メディアのプロパガンダ力が低下するにつれてアメリカが主導して行っている戦争の実態が知られるようになってきたのだ。アメリカの力が衰えていることも明確になっている。
