国連経済社会局（ＵＮＤＥＳＡ）は２９日、世界の経済、社会に関する２０１０年の調査報告で、国際基軸通貨となっている米ドルの信頼性が揺らいでいると指摘し、より安定した通貨システムへの移行を提言した。
米国の景気後退とともに、ドルの安定性を疑問視する声は強まっている。報告は、ドルには安定した準備通貨としての機能が果たせないことが明らかになったとしたうえで、国際通貨基金（ＩＭＦ）の特別引出権（ＳＤＲ）を世界の準備通貨とするシステムへの支持を表明した。

国連の一部署がこのような重大な提言を行なうということは、いよいよそれが一般広報の段階に入ったと理解してよいでしょう。
すなわちビルダーバーグ会議や米権力中枢はもちろん、関係各国とも、とうの昔に合意済みであり、大方の予想どおり逐次実行に移されるものと推察されるのです。
それは基軸通貨に限らず、アメリカの世界覇権そのものに関わるわけで、日本も必ずや何らかの形で片棒を担がされているはずです。もし時の政権担当者がその動きに抵抗するようなことがあれば、日本にたくさんいるＣＩＡ局員や雇われたエージェントが総動員され、全力で排除されることになろうかと思われます。

もしそれが準備されたものでなければ日本やロシアはひとたまりもありませんし、中国、サウジアラビアでさえ深手を負うでしょう。また、準備されていたとしても途中でコントロールが利かなくなる可能性も十分ありえます。

７日午前３時５分頃、大阪市西区九条の路上で、近くのマッサージ店従業員の男性（６１）が乗用車をとめて休んでいたところ、開けていた窓から２人組の男がのぞき込み、「マネー、マネー」「ブラジル人こわいよ。殺すよ」などと脅された。
男性が「金はない」と言うと、男らは車のドアを開け、鉄パイプや石のようなもので男性の顔などを数回殴り、携帯電話を奪って逃げた。男性は顔の骨を折るなど重傷。

中国では空の旅で乗客のマナーの悪さがたびたびニュースで報じられるが、最近も７０代と８０代の女性が旅の安全を祈って、旅客機のエンジンにコインを投げ込む事件が相次いで起こり、旅客機の安全点検のため、出発が大幅に遅れるというトラブルが続発していたことが分かった。
これらのトラブルについて、ネット上では「しっかりと罰金をとるなど罰するべきだ」との厳しい意見のほか、「悪気のない無知からくるもので、こうなったら、乗客全員が乗るまで、エンジンにカバーを付けておくべきだ」とのユーモアのある書き込みもみられている。
１０月初旬、安徽省の安慶空港で、雲南省・昆明空港行の旅客機に乗り込む際、タラップから機内に入る前に、７６歳の女性がコインを数枚エンジンに投げ入れたのを他の乗客が目撃し、近くにいた地上整備員に知らせた。
この女性は空港駐在の警察官から取り調べを受けて、１０日間拘留されて、５００元（７０００円）の罰金を徴収されたという。警察の発表によると、女性に犯罪歴や精神疾患はなく、安全な飛行を願って硬貨を投げたと話している。
中国では、日本の神社や寺院などで賽銭するのと同じように、寺院などでコインを投げ入れて、祈りが成就することを願う習慣がある。
