「ヤミ手当」支給 正当化 宇治市議会 改正条例が成立
京都府宇治市が年末年始に出勤した職員に特別手当を支給していた「ヤミ手当」問題で、支給を可能にする給与条例改正案が１８日、市議会の９月定例会で可決された。条例案をめぐっては議員から批判の声が上がり、前日の常任委員会では否決されたが、本会議では一転して成立となった。
