「冷温停止」が確定したという宣言ではなく、現在は「低温停止状態」と考えられるという宣言（御託？）。
そもそも通常時の「冷温停止」と、事故後に作られたご都合主義の「低温停止状態」なる語の定義はまるで違っていて、比較すらできません。
「敗北・撤退」を「転進」と言い換えた大本営の発表と同じパターンです。
一方、細野豪志原発事故担当相は「政府と東電の合同記者会見は今回（1６日）で最後にする」と宣言しました。
訊いて欲しくないことを訊き、報じて欲しくないことを報じるフリーランスの記者を閉めだし、仲良しクラブの垂れ流し機関である「記者クラブ」だけにするというのですから、いかに状況が悪くなっているかが想像されます。

「冷温停止状態」を通り越し「事故収束」にまで踏み込んだ首相発言に、福島第一原発の現場で働く作業員たちからは、「言っている意味が理解できない」「ろくに建屋にも入れず、どう核燃料を取り出すかも分からないのに」などと、あきれと憤りの入り交じった声が上がった。
作業を終え、首相会見をテレビで見た男性作業員は「俺は日本語の意味がわからなくなったのか。言っていることがわからない。毎日見ている原発の状態からみてあり得ない。これから何十年もかかるのに、何を焦って年内にこだわったのか」とあきれ返った。
汚染水の浄化システムを担当してきた作業員は「本当かよ、と思った。収束のわけがない。今は大量の汚染水を生みだしながら、核燃料を冷やしているから温度が保たれているだけ。安定状態とは程遠い」と話した。
ベテラン作業員も「どう理解していいのか分からない。収束作業はこれから。今も被ばくと闘いながら作業をしている」。
原子炉が冷えたとはいえ、そのシステムは応急処置的なもの。このベテランは「また地震が起きたり、冷やせなくなったら終わり。核燃料が取り出せる状況でもない。大量のゴミはどうするのか。状況を軽く見ているとしか思えない」と憤った。
別の作業員も「政府はウソばっかりだ。誰が核燃料を取り出しに行くのか。被害は甚大なのに、たいしたことないように言って。本当の状況をなぜ言わないのか」と話した。
