向こう見ずと砂糖水、甘いのはどっち？

オバマ米大統領は一般教書演説で打ち出した５年間の裁量的支出凍結を、１４日に議会へ提出する２０１２年度の予算教書に盛り込む。民主党筋が１１日明らかにした。
　同筋によると、支出凍結により１０年間で４０００億ドルを節減し、２０１５年の非国防分野の裁量的支出は５０年ぶり低水準となる。

古今東西、軍隊というものは、国防費が増え、軍備がより強化され、発言力・権勢が増し、要求が通りやすくなることを希むものです。普通の役人以上にその自己目的化の意識は明らかに高い。
ですからその点においては米軍と人民解放軍の利害は一致しております。仮想敵国がいれば軍事予算が増額されやすいですから、たとえポーズであっても彼らにとっては仮想敵がいたほうがいいに決まってます。

ただし、米軍の場合は事情がより複雑です。米軍はただの軍隊ではなく軍・政・産・財・学・宗の複合体であり、戦争をすることによって米国の世界戦略（覇権・石油・イスラエル）を遂行し、米国経済の下支えをするという役割を担っています。そのため敵を丁寧・細心に育て上げ、頃合を見計らって挑発し先に手を出させておいて一気に叩き政治目的を遂げるということを、国家として繰り返してきました。

一方中国は、現状は旧大日本帝国型であって、傲岸不遜・稚拙蒙幼な国粋主義・民族主義が芯にある。そのため米軍と人民解放軍を同質と考えるわけにはいきません。
経済状況の面で考えると、中国は百年以上かけて行うべき経済成長を十年でやろうとするような無理なことを続けてきて、モラルハザードと投資バブルを発生させてしまった。ごまかしにごまかしてきましたが、バブルは遠からず急激かつ深刻な調整局面に入るでしょう。その結果、人民の政府への不満が増し、政情不安に陥る可能性があります。
今のところ党人による軍の掌握に大きな問題は窺えませんが、これが一朝ことあらばどうなるか分からない。これも旧日本式に軍が国政の主導権を握ることも大いに考えられます。中国共産党も、世代・地域・派閥などによって分裂するかもしれない。そしてそれに連動して、人民の複数政党制への要求が一気に高まるということもあり得るでしょう。

アメリカもまたごまかしが効かない状況になってきました。国内経済の弱体化に伴い、世界基軸通貨としてのドルの価値が低下し、ＦＲＢがドルを大量発行して米国債を買い支えるも焼け石に水。日本同様、どのように国の借金をチャラにして逃げおおせるかがテーマとなりつつあります。
正々堂々のデフォルト宣言をすれば、星条旗の衣（い）を借りていた狐（イスラエルや日本）の立場は極端に悪くなる。もうその兆候は出ていて、中国・ロシアの日本挑発が始まっております。
私はおそらく面目丸つぶれのデフォルト宣言はしないと思う。ワル知恵の働く彼らのことですから、とんでもない合せ技でくると思われます。その具体策の一々についてはいろんな人がいろんな予測を出してます。
奇想天外なものでは２０１２年に大気圏内で「純粋水爆」を破裂させて電磁波を発生させそのパルスによって地球上のコンピューターにあるデータをすべて消してしまうに違いない、なんてものある。
ドルをやめてアメロという通貨にするというのもあります。

私が少なくとも現実的にこれだけはあるだろうと思うのは、日本の「国富」の上納。これまでも何かというとキャッシュ・ディスペンサー（ＣＤ）のように扱われてきた日本ですから、これは間違いなくあるでしょう。実際、日本の官僚・自公政権時代の歴代内閣は国際財務報告基準の採用や郵政民営化などアメリカの要求を呑み続けてきました。つまり日本のカネと産業を宗主国アメリカ様に差し上げることに腐心してきた。
これは日本国としてはともかく日本国民の利害には反することでした。どのみち軍事・経済・国際政治において、日米は一蓮托生。いづれ使い潰される運命です。アメリカべったりの官僚支配を斥けて、中国に乗り換えようとする小沢一郎がどう動こうとも変えられない。そも中国も危殆に瀕してるんですから、どっちもどっちです。

大日本帝国の反省とトラウマがありますから、日本は自ら手を上げてイニシアチブを執ろうとはしないでしょうし、経済はもちろん他のすべての点でそれができ得ない現状です。
日本は軍備はありますが、単独での実戦能力は低いと観られてますし、実際低いでしょう。アメリカが極東から手を引けばたちまち中・露の餌食です。だからなんだかんだ云っても現状世界最強の米軍の庇護の下にいるのがベターな選択であることは動かしようがない。

おかしなもんで、尖閣漁船衝突事件や北方領土訪問問題により、中・露はそのことを改めて日本に教えているかのようです。それらの事柄の背後にたとえば米中枢のネオコンがいて糸を引いているとかいないとかという話は確認のしようがありませんから今は「陰謀論」の範疇です。

ともかくも２０１１～２０１２年は世界経済が激変しますから、そのへんのニュースをじっくり見ていかないと個人としても足下の奈落にたやすく墜ちる危険がある、ということだけは肝に銘じるべきでしょう。

Marilyn Mattson – You Cheated（1967/06）

The first of only two known singles issued on the small, Los Angles based, Allied Records. Recorded at Hollywood’s Gold Star Recording Studios in June 1967, producer L.B. McClelland certainly took advantage of the mesmerizing Gold Star echo chamber on both sides of this ridiculously rare and pricey piece of vinyl which also came with a wonderful picture sleeve. The top side was the often recorded Don Burch composition,’You Cheated’ b/w/’He Means So Much To Me’. The B-side appears to be the most sought after of the two tracks as it is almost a spoken vocal, delivered with a tough, somewhat monotone style with pounding atmospheric drums swimming in echo. While Miss Mattson may have not been what one would consider an accomplished singer, she certainly provided the right sound for the raw arrangements and she was easy on the eyes as well. This vocalist is one who many record collectors would love to know what ever became of them all of these 56 years later. Miss Marilyn Mattson, where are you…..?

MGM Records’ most valuable property during the early ’50s was probably country singer-songwriter Hank Williams, who had died on the first day of 1953. As the various major labels had been enjoying ‘pop’ success by covering some of Hank’s compositions, MGM assigned his final great ballad to arranger-conductor Lew Douglas for a quick-turnaround Joni James session. Her hit “Have You Heard” was still riding high when Joni’s “Your Cheatin’ Heart” joined it in the national top-10. Frankie Laine’s version is also included in the collection.
In 1959 Joni re-recorded the song in a different key and at a slightly faster tempo for her LP “Joni James Sings Songs Of Hank Williams.”

トレハロース（trehalose）とはグルコースが1,1-グリコシド結合してできた二糖の一種である。1832年にウィガーズがライ麦の麦角から発見し、1859年、マルセラン・ベルテロが象鼻虫（ゾウムシ）が作るトレハラマンナ（マナ）から分離して、トレハロースと名づけた。
高い保水力を持ち、食品や化粧品に使われる。抽出する方法が難しく高価なものだったが近年デンプンからの安価な大量生産技術が岡山県の企業林原によって確立され、さまざまな用途に用いられている。

「ただ単に削除されたメールの復旧であれば、高い確率で可能です。しかし、一度、削除された記憶領域に新たなメールが上書きされてしまうと、元のメールを復旧できる可能性は極めて低い。携帯の機種、上書きされているか、分解作業が必要か、といったことで料金も異なります。2万～3万円ですむ場合もありますし、高いケースだと10万円近くにもなります」
