政府広報でなく、カンポカンポカンポ、カンポゥ！

　覚せい剤取締法違反（譲り受け）容疑で逮捕状が出ているタレントの小◯美奈子容疑者（２５）について、警視庁は２２日、警察庁を通じて、外務省に旅券返納命令を要請した。外務省は近く官報に返納命令を掲載し、パスポートを失効させるとみられる。
　要請は旅券法に基づく措置。小◯容疑者はフィリピンに滞在しているとみられるが、旅券が失効すると滞在延長や第三国への出国ができなくなるうえ、強制退去を迫られる可能性もある。
　外務省によると、対象者が所在不明でも、官報掲載から２０日間で本人に通知されたとみなし、一定期間後に失効する。

「官報掲載から２０日間で本人に通知されたとみなす」とはずいぶんと乱暴な話。
官報は「国内主要都市にある政府刊行物サービス・センターや県庁所在地にある官報販売所で」「１部１３６円」で販売しているという。
おそらく粗大ゴミに貼る券を売ってる店より、数が少ないはずだ。
そもそも官報は「行政機関の休日を除く毎日発行」している。近年はネット版もある。
しかし、毎日隅から隅まで目を通す人間がどれだけいるか。
日本政府の「機関紙」だというが、政府の人間だって毎日見てるとは思えない。
当然、フィリピンにいる容疑者が見るわけがなかろう。

Recording dates of both late 1949 and March 1950 have been quoted for this and the also-posted flipside “Mambo No. 5.” Issued in the U.S. during the spring months of ’50, both tracks helped further the international reputation of Cuban-born Prado as the new “King Of The Mambo.” Originally issued as “（Que Rico） El Mambo,” the tune was further popularized that year in a recording by Dave Barbour, but with the altered title “Mambo Jambo,” by which it remains best-known.

Posting both 1951 top-20 versions of the 1930s ballad （this one and Eddie Fisher’s）. “Unless” had been a heavily-recorded tune in 1934 England, with one of the prettiest by Ray Noble with Al Bowlly. 1951 was Guy Mitchell’s big break-out year, with five songs that reached the weekly top-10 charts…..all of them included in this collection.
