日本三大祭りの一つ、祇園祭の山鉾巡行が１７日、京都市中心部で繰り広げられた。町衆の粋を集めた豪華な懸装品（けそうひん）で飾られ、「動く美術館」とも形容される３２基の山鉾が、祇園囃子（ばやし）を奏でながら都大路をゆっくりと進んだ。

国民の避難計画より、税金で自分たちの「城」を作るほうが先とは、、、! ?

現実的なことを考えれば、各省庁を各県に分散したほうが、リスクヘッジ（危機回避）ができるのは明らか。
それなのに危険な関西地区に首都機能を丸まる移動させようとは、浅はかに過ぎよう。

自民党は、報道機関の論調を調べ、内容に問題があれば対抗措置を講じる「メディアチェック」の担当議員を新設した。
