さっきみょうな夢を見た。
昼、巨大高層ホテルの上層階のレストランで仲間とともにメシを食っていた。
レストランなのに細長い机が何列も並んでいる大広間みたいなところで、私の両隣も目の前にこちらを向いて座ってる列も肩を接するほど混みあっていて、とにかく人でいっぱいなのだ。
「ああ、そうだよね」と左隣の知り合いに言い、何かを食べて、またそいつのほうを向いたら違う人間が座っていた。前の列を見ても、顔ぶれがまったく違う一団と入れ替わっているではないか。
置いてけぼりにされたという気がした。私を置いて先に帰ってしまうとはひどい連中だ。私の存在は忘れられてしまったのか。
なぜか私は勘定を払わずに（財布を所持してるかどうかには考えがいかない）、混雑にまぎれて、そぉ～っとその店を出た。仲間が払ってなければ無銭飲食である。
店を出てから私は急いでエレベーターのある場所へ行き、ボタンを押した。
そこにはなぜが人がいない。私は内心レストランの店員が追いかけてこないか不安だった。そういう感情は夢の中でもちゃんと感じるようだ。
数台あるうちやっと１台の扉が開いた。入ると壁が白タイルになっているトイレみたいなところ。いやそこはまさしく男子トイレであった。なのに振り向くと閉まったエレベーターの扉がある。
場面換わって、私は大きな女子大の建物に入ろうとしている。学園祭をしているのかそこは一般人に開放されていて、大勢の人が行き交っている。
校舎前は緩い下り坂になっていて、下りきるとその建物の１階正面入り口にたどり着く構造だ。坂と建物の間は１階分深く掘られており、学園祭で使われたいろんな展示の模造紙などが散乱している。見るとマネキン人形であろうか、こちらにホットパンツの尻を突き出している下半身だけの女がいる。
その入り口付近で別の友人（現実の友人）１名と遭遇。ひどくリアルでまるでほんとに会っているかのようだ。私は先ほどのホテルの一件をその友人につらつら話している。
夢の面白いところは主観と客観が入り混じってるところ。自分の目で見ていると思われる光景と、映画のように客観的に自分を第三者としてみている映像とがシームレスに混在する。
また場面が換わって、畳敷きの居間。夢の中ではマンションの一室という認識なのだが、あとから考えるとどう見ても一軒家の雰囲気だ。そのマンションは私が引っ越したらしい物件で、引っ越しの必要性とか重要性をそのとき私は夢の中で強く感じていた。
居間には万年床があり、その主は父親であるらしい（現実では父親は数年前に他界）。床の上にはワイシャツや下着などが脱ぎ捨てられたまま。どうやらどこかへ出かけたものと思われる。
と、ＡＫＢみたいな若い女の子たちが部屋に入ってきた。なぜか「帰ってきた」という感じ。私と彼女たちの関係は不明。脱ぎ捨てられた服と万年床を私のものだと思われるのがイヤで、私はあわてて片付けはじめた。また父親にメーワクをかけられている、という感情が湧いた。
このあたりから記憶があやふやで目が醒めたあと夢の内容を忘れてしまった。
目醒めたきっかけは携帯のメール。メール着信音（着ボイス）を「緊急地震速報」にしてるため、鳴るとほかの音とは違い、ビクッとする。
見ると、酔余の戯れで生まれて初めてジャパネットたかたの通販を利用、買ったのは電子辞書云々との文。いつもながらこういう時刻にこういうメールを送ってくる人物からだった。
考えてみると私の知り合いはこのテの人ばかりで（笑）、夢の中で置いてけぼりを食うというのも、さもやありけむ、うべなるかな。もっぱら私の人徳・人望のなさに還元されるお話なのではあった。

鉱山や鉄道などの廃墟写真で知られる写真家の丸田祥三さんが、撮影場所や構図などを真似され著作権などを侵害されたとして、同業の小林伸一郎さんに損害賠償や写真集の差止めなどを求めた訴訟の控訴審で、知財高裁は５月１０日、著作権侵害などには当たらないとして請求を棄却した一審の東京地裁判決を支持、丸田さん側の控訴を棄却した。

むずかしいとこですね。
写真は２次利用でも著作権侵害だそうで、日本ではパロディもモンタージュもアカンと。

睡眠中にみる夢の特徴が主観と客観のシームレスならば、統合失調症や薬物中毒のそれは現実と幻覚・夢想との無境界だろう。どちらもその連続性を自覚できないため、感情をコントロールできにくい。レム睡眠行動障害や睡眠時遊行症（夢遊病）はまた少し違うそうだ。
