ＩＡＥＡ（国際原子力機関）の調査団が２３日朝、日本に到着し、今後、福島県や茨城県で現地調査を行う予定。
ＩＡＥＡ調査団メンバーのライオンズ氏は「事実関係を調べ、６月のウイーンでのＩＡＥＡ閣僚級会議で報告する」と述べた。
調査団は、２４日から６月２日までの日程で、東京電力や原子力安全・保安院などで現地の状況について説明を受けたあと、福島原発などで現地調査を行う予定。

夕張市では、４月の市長選で元都職員の鈴木直道氏（３０）が全国最年少で初当選した。このため、４選した石原慎太郎都知事（７８）は全面バックアップを表明していた。
もともと都は２００９年に１年間、夕張市に若手職員３人を派遣するなど交流があったが、今回は都の中堅職員が幹部級の実務を担当、人件費も折半するなどのプランが浮上しているという。

During the 1947 theatrical run of the 20th Century Fox musical “I Wonder Who’s Kissing Her Now,” the title song （a sentimental ballad written in 1909） enjoyed a major revival, spending three months–and reaching #1–on “Your Hit Parade.”

飲料の回し飲みやキスなど、主に唾液を介して口から感染することから通称「キス病」と呼ばれるのが、風邪に似た症状が現れる「伝染性単核球症」という病気だ。
原因のウイルスについて、感染症に詳しい博愛医院（東京・新宿）の中村靖彦院長は、「ヘルペスウイルスの仲間のエプスタイン・バー・ウイルスだが、日本人では５歳未満で５０％が感染し、２０代では９０％以上の人が感染済みで抗体をもっています」と説明する。

中村院長は「キスでうつる病気はまだ他にもあり、そちらの方が感染、発症頻度が高いので問題」と、こう指摘する。
「単純ヘルペスウイルスによって口の唇や性器に小さい水疱が多発して、破れてびらんや潰瘍ができる“口唇ヘルペス”。また、戦前は亡国病として怖れられた“梅毒（細菌）”も体液のどこにでも出てくる可能性があるのでキスでもうつります」

不特定多数の人との激しいキス（性交）があるのなら、性感染症を疑った定期的な血液検査を心がけておこう。【キスでうつる可能性がある主な感染症】
◎『伝染性単核球症（キス病）』…潜伏期間４－６週間。風邪に似た症状が現れる。
◎『口唇・性器ヘルペス』…潜伏期間２－１０日。口唇や性器に小さい水疱が多発し、破れると潰瘍状になって痛かゆい。
◎『梅毒』…潜伏期間３週間。感染部に痛くないシコリができる。治療せずに重症化すると脳神経や心臓に障害が出る。

調査を行ったのは、オランダの微生物博物館「Micropia」とオランダ応用研究機関「TNO」の研究者たちだ。「Microbiome」の掲載内容や複数の報道によると、彼らは１７～４５歳のカップル２１組を集め、１０秒間ディープキスをさせ、その前後に舌と唾液から細菌サンプルを綿棒で採取した。
カップルのどちらかにはキスの前に乳酸菌やビフィズス菌を含むプロバイオティクス飲料（ヨーグルト飲料）を飲んでもらい、どちらの口からどれだけ細菌が移動したかを見分けられるようにした。
すると飲料を飲まなかった側の唾液中のプロバイオティクス細菌はキスの後には３倍に増加していた。その結果から、研究グループは１０秒間キスする間には８０００万の細菌が交換されたという計算結果を導き出した。
さらに調査ではディープキスをする頻度についても質問しており、少なくとも１日９回キスしているカップルは唾液中のほとんどの細菌を共有していることも明らかになった。
