政府は６日、中部電力に対し、静岡県の浜岡原子力発電所のすべての原子炉を停止するよう要請したと発表した。
浜岡原発では、現在、４号機と５号機が運転中。菅直人首相は記者会見で、国民の「安全と安心を考えた」措置であるとし、万一、同原発で事故が起きた場合の甚大な影響を考慮したと述べた。
首相は、文部科学省・地震調査研究推進本部によると、今後３０年以内にマグニチュード８程度の東海地震が発生する可能性は８７％と切迫した状態にあるとした。

６日夜、首相官邸で記者会見した菅首相は、稼働中の中部電力浜岡原子力発電所（静岡県御前崎市）のすべての原子炉について運転停止を中電に要請したことについて、要請について法的根拠に基づくものではないことを認めたうえで、「（中電には）十分にご理解いただけるよう、説得して参りたい」と述べた。
浜岡原発は、高い確率で発生が想定される東海地震の震源域に立地しており、防潮堤の設置など、地震や津波への中長期的な安全対策に万全を期す必要があると、判断した。
続けて記者会見した海江田経済産業相は、中電の水野明久社長に電話で要請し、その際、水野社長からは「最終的返答は保留させていただきたい」との発言があったことを明らかにした。

浜岡原発停止なら、中部電力の赤字避けられず
浜岡原子力発電所（静岡県御前崎市）の全面停止が避けられない情勢となり、中部電力は、火力発電などへの切り替えに伴う発電コスト上昇で、２０１１年度の営業利益が赤字転落する可能性が出てきた。
夏には管内で電力の供給力不足に陥る恐れもあり、中部電の経営は大きく圧迫されそうだ。

さっそく電力会社と原発推進派が反対世論醸成の工作を開始（笑）
福島第１原発事故で、３号機の原子炉圧力容器周辺の温度が上がり続けており、東京電力は６日、注水量を毎時１０トンに増やす方針を明らかにした。４日から毎時７トンから９トンにしていたが温度は下がらず、水が原子炉に入る前に漏れている可能性もあるとみている。
３号機の圧力容器下部の温度は１週間前から上昇傾向を示した。真水を注入する配管は１、２号機の原子炉に注水する配管にもつながっており、格納容器を水で満たす水棺（冠水）作業で１号機の注水量を増やした影響を受け、実際の流量が減ったのが原因とみて、４日から毎時９トンに増加させた。

３号機がかなり不安定になってきているとのウワサがネットに出てますが、どうやらこの「温度」の問題らしい。
建屋は吹き飛び、使用済み核燃料棒貯蔵プール、格納容器はすでにボロボロ、圧力容器の損傷具合は不明ですが、中の燃料は溶融していると見られています。
これがこのあと、どうなっていくのか。

さらに、銀座では東電幹部に交ざって、民主党の仙谷由人代表代行も一緒に飲み歩いていたところが目撃されている。仙谷氏といえば、国家戦略相時代、海外に日本の原発技術を売り込むためにトップセールスを展開していたが、東電幹部とそこまで露骨に癒着していたとは驚く。
巨大企業・東電から流れ出した莫大なカネが、ゼネコンや夜の銀座を介して政治家たちを汚染していたとしたら、国の原発への安全政策が骨抜きになるのもさもありなんというものだ。

焼き肉チェーン店「焼肉酒家えびす」で発生した集団食中毒で、富山県砺波市の店舗で食事し、重症だった女性（７０）が５日午前、死亡した。女性は４日に死亡した４０代の女性の家族で、同チェーンの食中毒による死者は４人目。
チェーンを運営する金沢市の「フーズ・フォーラス」の勘坂康弘社長は５日午後、金沢市の本社前の路上で、集まった報道陣を前にひざまずき、「本当に申し訳ございませんでした」と声を震わせ、謝罪した。
