遅れる冬、１２月が紅葉の季節に

これほど顕著に初霜が遅くなった理由は、地球温暖化だけでなく、都市化の影響も大きい。
温室効果ガスの排出に伴う地球温暖化による気温上昇は日本で約1℃だが、都市化による気温上昇は東京で約2℃、大阪や名古屋でも約1℃と、大都市だけを考えると地球温暖化と同等か、それ以上に影響している。大都市では人工排熱やビルなどによる蓄熱で熱が溜まり、特に最低気温が下がりにくくなっている。

数年前なら、この時期には葉がほとんど散ってて、幹と細かい枝だけのいささか不気味な姿になってたものです。
それが、だんだん黄葉・落葉が遅くなり、今年はまだ半分近く葉が残っている。
なんだか恐いですね。
何年かあとには、越年するんじゃないでしょうか。
