フジテレビは、アニメ「サザエさん」の放送開始40周年を記念して実写版スペシャルドラマを今秋放送すると発表。主人公のフグ田サザエを観月ありさが演じる。
同アニメは、同局で’69年10月5日より放送が始まり、’08年に40周年を迎えた長寿番組。国民の認知度98％という驚異的な数字からも実証されるように、長年お茶の間に笑いを届けている国民的アニメだ。

テレビ番組「アッコにおまかせ!」（TBS、2000年放送）や「トリビアの泉」（フジテレビ、2005年11月23日放送）、ラジオ番組「山下達郎のJACCS CARDサンデーソングブック」（TOKYO-FM、2006年5月14日放送）において、この曲と一部分が酷似しているとして1910 FruitGum Companyの「BUBBLE GUM WORLD」が紹介された。

ティーンズ向け音楽とそのマーケットはロックンロールの誕生とともに成長していきました。
６０年代でいうとソフトロックのティーンズ版とも称すべき「バブルガム・ミュージック」。
その代名詞ともなっている1910フルーツガムカンパニーと、わがニッポンの『サザエさん』との接点は、思いのほかダイレクトだったようです。
同グループは現在再結成して、地道に営業をこなしてるようです。
オリジナルメンバーのほかにずいぶんといろんなミュージシャンの出入りがあったグループでした。子供向けとは思えないいい仕上がりの曲も結構あるんですよ。

オープニングテーマ「サザエさん」、エンディングテーマ「サザエさん一家」ともに、アレンジがまさに１９６０年代末のサウンドそのもので、当時のＴＶ主題歌を聴くとみんなあんな感じです。私としては非常にしっくりくる音ではあります。
しかし６９年サウンドは７０年代中ごろにはもう古臭いものになってしまっているわけで、あたかもサザエさん的世界を維持できる限界があの時代であったかのように思えてきます。いや実際そうかもしれませんねぇ。
そりゃそうと、昔、ムッシュかまやつさんがラジオ番組で、自作の「どうにかなるさ」について、ハンク・ウィリアムスの「淋しき汽笛」（I Heard That）Lonesome Whistleにインスパイアされて作ったとおっしゃって、わざわざ両方かけてリスナーに聞き比べさせてるのを聞いた憶えがあります。
