Based on Chopin’s Nocturne in E Flat.

Though it’s his solo piano instrumental that’s been most commonly reissued over the years, this is the second of two pre-war vocal versions that Duchin recorded while signed to the Columbia label.
The most famous of Chopin’s piano nocturnes would in 1956 also become known under the title “To Love Again” following its use in the popular film “The Eddy Duchin Story” (performed in the soundtrack by Carmen Cavallaro.
