循環冷却システムを再構築するには、どうしても高レベル放射能の被曝は避けがたい。
つまり人が死ぬってことです。事故当初から云われてたとおりだ。
プルサーマルとか云いつつも原子力燃料はリサイクルしきれませんから最後は保存するしかない。自然に還元できないものは安全とか危険とかいう前にそもそも作るべきじゃない、と 私は思います。
