富山県砺波市の焼き肉チェーン「焼肉酒家えびす」砺波店で、生肉のユッケを食べた同県高岡市の男児（６）が腸管出血性大腸菌「Ｏ（オー）１１１」に感染して死亡した集団食中毒で、福井市の同チェーン店で食事をした未就学の男児もＯ１１１に感染し、死亡していたことが３０日、厚生労働省などへの取材でわかった。
同チェーンを経営するフーズ・フォーラス社（金沢市）が、厚労省の基準で生食用にできない肉をユッケとして客に提供したことも判明。富山、福井両県でさらに調査している。

本人たちは、基礎から学んだ調理人でない上に 間違った店員教育を受けており、そのマニュアルの愚直な実践躬行を雇い主に求められていたでしょうから、責任を問うことはむずかしいのではないか。
というかシロートゆえに疑問さえ浮かばなかったはずです。

社長の異常なテンションは傲慢さの裏返しであるように思えます。
フ社も「生食用ではないと認識していた。国の基準に強制力はなく、会社として生でも食べられると判断した」と説明した。
フ社が経営する富山県高岡市の店でもユッケを食べた客が症状を訴え、砺波店を含め計１９人が重症になっており、同県警も砺波店に立ち入って従業員に事情を聞いた。
「―えびす」は４月１８日放送の日テレ系「人生が変わる１分間の深イイ話」で紹介されたばかり。
「１皿１００円」の安値に加え、テーブルごとに担当がつくなど「お客さんそれぞれに合わせた心配り」のサービスに、
島田紳助ら１０人全員が「深イイ～」と「心のレバー」を押していた。

監督官庁の無責任さには開いた口がふさがらない。
いわゆる焼肉というのは在日の人々が広めたもので、元来日本の食文化ではありません。ポピュラーになったのはここ２５年くらいでしょう。
昔はホルモンなどというと場末のイメージ、それもゲテモノのイメージでしたが、今じゃＯＬさんがコラーゲンだなどといって喜んで食べている。
そりゃまぁけっこうなことですが、人様の口に入るものですから責任も持って出してもらいたいし、
ぜったいに安全でおいしい品を提供するんだ、というプロとしてのプライドを持ってほしいですね。
ところでこれは冗談でもなんでもなく、
私がユッケで思い出すのは亡くなった歌手清水由貴子さん（愛称ユッコ）とこの歌です。

ユッケなどの生食用牛肉を扱う食肉処理業者や飲食店を対象にした厚生労働省の新基準が１０月１日から施行される。「生の牛肉は食中毒の危険性が高い」として表面加熱を義務付け、罰則を新設する厳しい内容で、施行までの期間も短い。焼き肉店関係者からは「ユッケは出せない」と悲鳴も上がる。
