フィリピンの首都マニラなどでは、台風による大雨の影響で洪水や土砂崩れなどが相次ぎ、これまでに少なくとも39人が死亡したうえ、広い範囲で住宅や建物が水につかるなど被害が広がっています。
フィリピンでは11日から12日にかけて、台風22号がルソン島に接近し、大雨と猛烈な風の影響で、首都マニラやその周辺などで洪水や土砂崩れの被害が広がっています。
フィリピン軍によりますと、これまでに少なくとも39人が死亡したうえ、けが人や行方が分からなくなっている人も多数いるということです。
また数万戸の家が水没していて、現地からの映像では街の広い範囲が茶色く濁った水につかっています。
