中津川市加子母（かしも）に移住して活動している２人の音楽家が、１５～１７日に地元で「加子母 木の香る音楽祭」を開く。ゲストの声楽家とともに演奏を披露、２人が指導する小中学生もバイオリンやピアノを奏でる。音楽祭は７回目。山里に音楽が根づきつつある。
チェンバロ製作家兼演奏家の渡辺敏晴さん（５８）と作曲家兼ピアニストの原優美さん（６７）。渡辺さんは群馬県、原さんは愛知県から移り住み、県内外で演奏活動をしている。

チェンバロ ≒ クラヴサン ≒ ハープシコードの音色がポピュラー音楽で はやった時代があった。
１９５０年代から１９７０年代初頭にかけてだ。
特に６０年代中期からロック・ミュージックにも使われるようになり、時代の気分を表す音色と認識されるようになった。歌謡曲でも１９６７年ころからしばしば用いられた。
チェンバロ（独: Cembalo, 伊: clavicembalo）は、鍵盤を用いて弦をプレクトラムで弾いて発音する鍵盤楽器である。英語ではハープシコード （harpsichord）、フランス語ではクラヴサン （clavecin） という。
狭義にはグランド・ピアノのような翼形の楽器を指すが、広義には同様の発音機構を持つヴァージナルやスピネット等を含めた撥弦鍵盤楽器を広く指す。
チェンバロはルネサンス音楽やバロック音楽で広く使用されたが、１８世紀後半からピアノの興隆と共に徐々に音楽演奏の場から姿を消した。しかし２０世紀には古楽の歴史考証的な演奏のために復興され、現代音楽やポピュラー音楽でも用いられている。＜チェンバロ – Wikipedia＞
